I had a "Haremlocke" with Black 2 Randomized
got an Aron for a starter, was female so i kept the Run. Sturdy procs saved the run so many times. She became my bottom bitch, and crushed the first two gyms, untill the fact that she would not evolve till 30+ made her feel underwhelming, then my first encounter in most routes was male or nongendered so i had to forego thoes routes. at the end i only had 5 party members and they each either soloed or almost soloed (the only one that didnt was my Beedrill Vespa) each gym leader. due to the fact that grinding was a headache

I'm currently playing Bronze out of boredom, to fill my breaks from study during the day.
It's good, so far it doesn't seem full of edgy fanfic so I'm satisfied.

worst case scenario, assuming you're only dealing with emulated games, you could simply use save editors to copy/delete saved pokemon, in a manner that resembles but isn't technically trading.

To answer your question: there is a way to transfer pokemon between third gen games and four gen games and four gen games to gen five games, but you'll be stuck whenever you try to transfer them from the emulator to Pokebank.
You should try googling some more, though. I'm not going to spoonfeed you the exact way to do it (maybe other people will), but if you want to know how to transfer your pokemon so badly, do it yourself instead of waiting for an answer from someone else.
