So, I download an obscene amount of video game guitar covers and I make my own album covers for them.
I don't like my Pokemon one because the only fanart I could find was hyper-realistic crap or overly serious stuff. Post Pokemon fan-art with a more light-hearted aesthetic, that could work for an album cover.

Name six Pokémon that
a) can be found in Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal
b) cover all HM moves between them, and are found early enough to progress (for instance, the Cut user must be found before Surge in Gen 1 and Ilex Forest in Gen 2)
c) make up a good in-game team in both generations
For the time being, the only certain one is Geodude.

Its gen 2 so you would only need a water type for surf, something bulky for strength and a cut user which is not hard to find either

I want a Mystery Dungeon with Ultra Beasts in the plot.
Give them a comeuppance if you have to, but make Guzzlord's hunger the driving point of the plot.Also, write Guzzlord's dialogue like it's Venom. It has two heads.
