I really liked them at first but, the more I play, the more I realize they may not be a good thing for the game.
They are kind of the opposite of Mega Evolutions for me, where Z-moves are fun during the creation of your team and really bring out the creative aspect of team-building, but are also unexpected bullshit during battles most of the time. It's really frustrating.
Megas centralized the game and limited your options, but I didn't mind them aside from that (well, aside from the broken ones). These are really frustrating, but it's fun building around them. What do (You) think?

Let's put it this way OP: if nothing can switch into a normal attack, normal type pokemon that were already good are now better (some get banned), and normal type pokemon that were already shit remain shit, if anything a bit less shitty than before, but not all of them (some have flaws that not even this can fix).
Ghosts get nerfed big time, and strong sweepers all now run at least one normal attack regardless of STAB or not, because if they get to set up, they can hit anything with perfect neutral coverage.
Linoone for example, no longer needs to run anything other than belly drum and extreme speed and literally nothing can switch into it. Pheromosa can run return and never worry about a ghost type ever again on its life.
As all types get normal moves and all relevant pokemon get return, and some of them hyper voice or boomburst, these moves become spammable beyond stupidity.

A 802 rom hack of Pokémon fire red. The game order is slightly varied. Also of Pokémon were changes drastically( patrat is a psychic/ dark special attacker) and some gym types are changed too.
The game is difficult. It has the gen 6 exp share but the trainers levels are always above yours. Don't do a nuzlocke unless you are crazy. The game also has alot of variety. Most Pokémon can't be found in more than more than one route. Most if not all fully evolved Pokémon are used by atleast one trainer. The game also has day/night and physical/special split

The changes are only for a few pokemon. The starters have 530 BST. Samurott is water/fighting with 120 attack. Watchog has 110 special attack. Serperior has 90 attack and is now part ground. The 3 fully evolved starters learn surf
