Need a type for a new Legendary or Mythical Pokemon? How about this type? At least that's what GameFreak must be thinking. Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, Lugia, Jirachi, Deoxys, Latias, Latios, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Victini, Hoopa, Meloetta, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma. I wish more types had Legendaries like Poison (Nihilego barely counts as a UB) and Bug (Genesect only).

Pseudos and Legendaries. Thankfully, Fairy type has made them less prominent a threat unlike in Gen 5.

How to progress in PTCGO, tl;dr edition:
>complete all Trainer Challenges (Cheat Engine's speedhack strongly recommended to speed up AI games) to get 45 free packs
>play through using Basic decks to unlock them for versus play
>farm Versus Mode theme ladder for Tokens and Tournament Tickets
>Enter Theme format tournaments whenever possible
>enter Standard/Expanded ticket tournaments and accept that you'll lose
>you'll get tradable tournament chests and sometimes tradable packs
>DON'T OPEN THEM
>Instead, trade them for the cards you actually want for a deck you want to build, most cards go for like 1-3 packs each.
>Public trade is like the GTS, if you want proper results, put up your own offers.

Put simply, a simulation of Pro Evolution Soccer being competed between teams which are embodiments of boards of the 4chan imageboard. The players represent facets of each board's culture. And of course, /vp/ has their own team as well.

The cup only happens once every 3 or 6 months for like 3 weeks and only on the weekend so we wont interrupt your true /vp/ experience for too long. If you are new, give it a try and you might even enjoy it. If you don't, we are sorry.

It's finals day, so quarters, then semis, then the third place match and then the final.
We just barely beat /jp/ in our quarter match, but it's all cool now. Up next: /mu/ in semis after the remaining 2 quarter games.
