>A reader sent us a tip that GameStop will be distributing a Midnight Lycanroc from May 15 through June 5th, and sent us a couple of pictures as proof (which you can see in the photo gallery.) It turns out that the event was leaked last week, but no one really paid attention to it. Midnight Lycanroc is one of the two Pokemon mascots for the new TCG expansion "Guardians Rising," which is why GameStop is distributing the Pokemon this month.

>The Midnight Lycanroc will be at Level 50 and come in a special Cherish Ball. The Lycanroc will know Stone Edge, Fire Fang, Sucker Punch, and Swords Dance. It'll also come holding a Life Orb, which boosts the power of its moves by 30% but at the cost of 10% of that Pokemon's HP whenever it attacks.

I've seen the next and final Pokémon installments for the 3DS a couple times since January. They offer the same experience the Sinnoh titles did, but with a very fresh and much better take on them. The titles have double names, *insert Constellation* Diamond, and *insert Constellation Pearl*, don't want to spoil ALL I've seen but I'll let you guys take a stab at those names

There aren't any new Pokémon. But there are 18 new "Regional Variants" of newer Pokémon - which the team are calling Sinnohan forms. Off the head I can remember an Ice type Sandygast formed by Snowpoint, a Fairy Koffing noted to smell of parfum, and water Hippopotas. The mountainous divide of Sinnoh, the Great Marsh, and Ultra openings have caused these evolutions.

From what I've seen, there aren't any new Mega Evolutions. But there are new signature Z crystals like Torterrium Z, Infernium Z, Empolium Z, Rotomium Z, Lucarium Z, Carnivium Z, and a share Z Crystal between 3 legends that I'll let you guys guess called Platinum Z

I haven't seen anything Necrozma related.

Sun, Moon, and Azure Flutes all return. In fact, Arceus has a huge post game story being worked on. Think Delta Episode but better.

PokeRider services return. I've seen Luxray replacing Flash HM, and Garchomp replacing Rock Climb.

You can walk with any Pokémon, but as opposed to HG it's not your lead Pokémon, you have to select it to walk with you. If you talk to the Pokémon while walking it'll conveniently open up Refresh.

Lycanroc gets a new form with huge special attack. And Mimikyu gets a new disguise that resembles Pachirisu. You need to transfer Alola's disguise via Bank service if you want Pikachu.

Hi. I'm the New 2DS XL!! That's LL in Japan!! I'm the successor to the 3DS family. With me, you can play all of your DS/3DS/New games, and you don't have to worry about stereoscopic 3D, what can be hard to look at, and give you a real head ache. I have the same size screen as the New 3DS XL, but guess what? My sleek new streamlined design and slightly better processor make me so much better. You wanna plug an SD Card in? No problem, just lift the panel at the bottom, no need to remove the back cover, and expose the battery. Find it hard to play the new Pokemon games? Low frame rate, bad story, terrible execution, and trannyseal? Well, I can't fix all of that, but I can fix the frame rate. And those new Gen 4 Remakes? They'll be on me. Smile. :)

Hey, last Nintendo console I owned was N64 with a Gameboy Colour.

I loved playing pokemon games, and my favorite of all, was playing them in my transfer pack connected to the N64 with that emulator thing they had.

I'm trying to capture that same experience, but with the re-makes like Fire Red, and Soul Silver.

What's the best way to play those games?
