I'm not gonna add it myself since it's a rather minor thing and idk if other anons actually care, but I'd like the options menu either moved to the main menu only, or at least given more options. I don't think I've ever touched the options menu apart from changing text speed to fast and battle style to set at the start of the game. As it is, it's really just a waste of space every time you open up the in-game menu.

Scolipede is weak to psychic, fire, flying and rock. The best partner to team it up with is a tanky water type or fast ghost type. Gengar works pretty well.

So as the Stars Wars rage on, I did some digging around and have gotten hold of some rumored info and speculation from a source who I believe to be close to Eurogamer's own based on their job and credentials. Now I'm no professional journalist, just a guy with a few contacts here and there, but stranger things have leaked from literal nobodies, and I trust this dude as they're a close acquaintance. As always though, best to take this with a grain of salt. But thought I would share with you guys anyway, even if it's not real.
Firstly, Eurogamer's report. Project 'Stars' as it was then known internally has now been titled as 'Solar Red/Lunar Blue'. Initially targeted as Q3 2017 release, then pushed back to Q4 2017, it now may have been delayed even further to Q1 next year. The games will be 3DS and Switch cross-platform; source believes Eurogamer only saw Switch assets and mistakenly reported Switch-only. Their other info was correct at the time, if somewhat outdated. The main reason for the delays is the development is reportedly being held up by the 3DS side and 3DS/Switch communication kinks. Another reason may be a schedule clash with other Nintendo titles. There won't be a new main title this year, but there will be a new Pokemon SRPG game released for the 3DS later on.
Solar Red/Lunar Blue is a loose sequel to both Red/Blue and Sun/Moon, set in Kanto - source heavily speculates Alola as well, as the two generations are supposedly being 'mashed-up' for the story. Necrozma is the mascot for SR/LB; it has two new forms - Red Prism Form in SR, Blue Prism Form in LB. There will be new Alola Region forms (which is why source speculated a return to Alola, since it doesn't make sense for Kanto). Pokemon walking will also return. Dataminers have already seen assets for this - the low-poly models are for the 3DS version.
Apparently we all missed a clue about SR/LB in the promos for Sun/Moon – and Shohei and Hoku’s story is not over just yet. That's all folks!

I think it's a widely held view that the Steel and Fairy typings are probably the two typings that benefit a mon the most. The resistances they give are insane, and many shitmons have benefited from them.
This however has inevitably led to the domination of mons with these typings on the metagames, whether it be the official Singles and Doubles metagames or Smogons own metas.
Lets take a look at the image on the right for example, which is an image of the currently most used mons in BSS as of this morning, nearly half the mons listed are Steel or Fairy, with one of those mons being both. On the other hand, Dark has been rendered extinct with only Greninja left, Rock type might as well be renamed to Aerodactyl type, and Ice? LMAO
I'm not calling for these Steel and Fairy to be nerfed, I'm 100% sure that ain't gonna happen anytime soon, but other types need a buff, and by buff I don't mean in added resistances or immunities, but actual good mons who can hold their own.
It IS possible to have a good Ice mon, but they need to stop being given shitty stats and archetypes. A defensive Ice mon should NOT be a thing.
