That can be done quite easily with ID numbers. IDs ending with an even number get red exclusives, those with odd numbers at the end get blue. You can even go further and create a set of 10 different exclusive tables and make them dependent on your ID.

There would be random mons that some games will just not have in the wild, so players are forced to trade with others to complete it. The mons not available are determined by RNG the moment the savefile/new game starts. In a way, this would mean it would be a while before someone encounters another with the exact same missing Pokémon in the wild.For those that played the game, compare this with Yo-kai Watch's crankakai, and how the results from each crank are predetermined the moment the savefile is created. Therefore, new results require an entirely different save file.

Pokémon Clover is a QUALITY romhack featuring a brand new region called Fochun, as well as 386 fresh new fakemon that puts Quartz to shame! Clover has been an ongoing project for a team comprised together from anonymous posters on the /vp/ board. Started in 2014 as a janky FireRed rehash, it has since become a complete ROM overhaul featuring new maps, characters, story, and a completely original soundtrack.
If you haven't heard, the game was updated just a few days ago, read the changelog for information.

What Pokemon would be edible? And what ones would be actual food items? You'd need to consider things like
>How common it is
>How viable it would be to make into a good meal
>How delicious it'd be
Obviously no one will eat a Jynx, but people might a Magikarp. And Qwilfish could be a rare delicacy difficult to prepare.
What would the edible Pokemon of each generation be? How good eattings would they be, and how would they be prepared?

The roasted Espeon is served with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and presented in as attractive and tasteful a manner as such a dish could be. The meat is tender, but with a distinct texture, preventing an unwanted mushyness and giving my teeth something to properly sink into as the juices exude from the tissue pouring over my tongue.
With each bite my senses are stirred as residual psychic energy within the Espeon’s tissue flows into my brain, and memories of the creature’s life drift into my thoughts like the scent of incense in a crowded room.
I see, feel the warm hand of the Espeon’s trainer gentling his ears, the soft green grass beneath his paws as he scampered about the park chasing Beautifly, the rush of emotion and sensations the day he evolved, the titillating frenzy of joy and affection as he, under the setting sun, nestled lovingly the Sylveon he adored so passionately.
And the fear, the sadness, the regret, of all of this being taken from him, of being trapped in that slaughterhouse knowing he was going to die, of the knife sinking into his throat in that brief, agonizing moment before the light of his little life blew out for eternity.
I could taste it all, feel it all, that whole lifetime playing out across my imagination and my taste buds as the slain Espeon’s life nourished my own.
Best meal I had ever had. Well worth the thirty dollars.
