Mallow's mom when?
Is that fucking pineapple?
Is that Hau's dad?
> It is indeed a new generation with new pokemon
> It's in very early development stage, but a few pokemon have their sprites
> Non-every Pokemon will be in the game, for example, Weedle and Caterpie aren't planned to be in the game, only 300 Pokemon
> Pokemon Bank will be disponible, but you can't use the Pokemon you transfer, they won't have new sprites
> Pokémon confirmed to be in the game are: Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Gible, Riolu, Litwick and Wishiwashi
> There will be around 80 new Pokemon, but only 4 have been designed:
> The grass starter seems like a very small dinosaur
> The fire starter is a cute rabbit
> The water starter seems like a polar bear with giant teeth
> There's also a dragon/water dragon that seems like a unicorn, according to its pictures, he's shy and very rare, I really think he is a pseudo-legendary, but I can't confirm it.
> The region is probably based in Western USA, I've seen artworks of a desert, a canyon, a giant forest and a city like Las Vegas, but what told me that it will be based in Western USA is because there's Hollywood in the game, but now it have been completely themed to Pokemon
> The protagonists are both blond-haired and you can't change treir hair or clothes, but there are special outfits.
> The online mode will let you personalize your player, but the single player part won't let you customize your player, only online mode
> It's planned to release November 2018
> With the release, there will be another version of Nintendo Switch, it will be called Nintendo Switch mini and will be announced next direct
> The Nintendo Switch Mini will be a smaller switch without joy-cons, just buttons, like the 3ds but with one 480p screen.
> All switch games will be compatible with it
> It won't be compatible with a dock, but you can connect joy-cons to it.
> It will be super-cheap, the prize is around $150, Joy-cons are expensive to make, and it is bit less powerful than the switch, but its not a problem
epic

Nice fanfic op
>He still doesn't play on Set battle style
Let's hear those excuses.
I already beat the game so why bother switching now when my mons one shot anything in game anyway.
Set battle is still too slow. I wish there was a Showdown-esque instant resolution format, where text and action are both displayed at the same time, instantaneously.
>>32777905
because you finished the game by being a fag
>>32777980
its not about slow gameplay, set battle style is more challenging than its counterpart since you will have to guess what pokemon he has, but if you google walkthroughs, doesnt matter anyway.
T-There's still hope for my bro to get an alolan form r-right?

We will see him in USM?
>>32777446
Dunno, probably not.
Definitely. The probability is 100%.

Why do you have to open up old wounds?
What are all the shines you have?
Post the shiny, original game, and capture method.
My shinies:
Shiny Ditto Y Wondertrade
Shiny Fenniken OR Masuda
Shiny Charmander OR Masuda
Shiny Froakie OR Masuda
Shiny Loudred (Now Exploud) OR Random Encounter
Do you really want the full list of over 100 bred shinies?
No. No you don't.
>>32778478
i do
I only have a shiny scraggy, pumpkaboo, and slugma, all found in Y, the pumpkaboo bred and the slugma found in friend safari, both intentional
i find that shinies are more valuable to me when they're not bred but rather randomly found, so i don't SOS chain or whatever
What is your least favorite method of evolution and why is it trading while holding an item ?
Because half the items are a pain to fucking get, I have no friends and the GTS is either a lottery or a waiting game.
>>32777214
mossy and icy rock/area
>>32777214
You know why, when the GTS goes down, I will be stuck with no way to evolve the fucking thing
What sort of legendary duos/trios/quartets do you want to see in the future?
I'd like to see a fucking Poison type legendary
>>32777040
Nihilego.
>>32777040
A pure poison legendary based on a scorpion would be great (an actual scorpion, not a flying one like Gliscor or an abomination like whatever Drapion is supposed to be).

There's a demo available at least through today in Manhattan at Nintendo NY, if anyone is curious. It was not well publicized but I had a chance to play.
Pokken discussion on this board rarely seems to go anywhere but I'll give it a shot. I played Decidueye mostly and can offer some first impressions since we don't even have arcade footage from the past few months for it.
How was the framerate? Did you play on tablet mode or on the TV? If you did play on the TV, did it look like 720p or 1080p?
>Decidueye has a lot of options when airborne. It can float in place for a limited time without slowly descending like Charizard does. It also has an air dash, a dive kick, and a swooping move where it slams into the ground with a field of impact that does damage. I believe it has some aerial projectile options, and the command grab where it uses its talons to throw the opponent over its head and skewer it with arrows. Another air attack, and one of my favorites from the brief time I played, is initiated by pressing down and A if I recall correctly. Decidueye vanishes and reappears on the ground, launching a Sucker Punch to the gut. If it lands, you can press A again for a stronger follow-up punch that launches them away to shift the phase.
>Decidueye doesn't have as much distance game as I thought it would. No laser arrows across the field that I saw or found. Some of its projectile moves glow green, apparent Grass-based attacks like Razor Leaf. When it launches arrows with a purple, Ghostly effect, they can seal the opponent from using Support, an apparent reference to Spirit Shackle blocking switches. There are several moves that do this, including a field trap, a grab, and the Burst Attack (which looks awesome). My opponents expressed frustration when I started trying to use this strategically to cut off their healing, buffs, and alternate attacks.
>The forward A combo (in duel, not certain about field) is Spirit Shackle into a spiraling tornado of leaves which lifts Decidueye up, allowing it to use the aerial command grab on the third button press. The combo we saw in the trailer where it slashes with a wing, spins the arrow it just grabbed, fires it, and rushes forward uses the Y button. Back A launches what seems to be Frenzy Plant, as huge roots or vines reach out from behind Decidueye. It has a somewhat lengthy cooldown animation. Its charge move is another Leaf Tornado type attack that spins out ahead of it. Some of its other notable attacks included a downwards, two-handed Leaf Blade strike that ends combos and some cool kicks, such as the Hunting Hawk move borrowed from Hwoarang in Tekken. It can also do this Hadouken looking pose which as far as I've seen just seems to push people off, but I feel like there might be something more to the move that we haven't discovered. According to other folks, the invisible forward dash has brief invincibility. I didn't get the chance to check up and down stances or what their effects may be.
>All in all, the character feels great. The moveset is a good mix of Grass and Ghost attacks with some close-range humanoid fighter moves and some actually owl-like options. Its animations have a lot of personality, especially the entry where it drops down, the ending pose where it cheers, and the in-Burst victory clip. It even moves somewhat like a bird as it dashes about with its wings folded and hops backward awkwardly. Biological accuracy is not the strong point here though, with those physics-defying, logic-confounding arm-wings. I love Decidueye's concept and overall design, just try not to think about the "science" behind it.
Oh no! Guzzlord has gone berserk and is trying to eat everything in its path!
Quick, feed it with your least favorite pokemon before it eats you!

Post your top 3 all time favorite Pokémon
Which one would win competitively?
>Volcarona
>Feraligatr
>Golisopod
Unless Volcarona has Giga Drain and Hurricane, I think Golisopod would come out on top, assuming he has Aqua Jet. I don't think Feraligatr could take two choice banded First Impressions
Tyranitar
Keldeo
Latios
I dunno lol
>lycanroc Midday
>Garchomp
>Blaziken
Mega Venusaur
Umbreon
Arcanine
Chimecho is cool, but he doesn't seem very popular.
Is Chimecho anyone's bro?
Is Chimecho anyone's favorite Pokémon?
Also, Chimecho thread.
I like it a lot. I don't have much art saved of it though.
>tfw setting up Cosmic Power on someone with no Dark-types
>Recovering away any damage
>landing a Hypnosis on anything that might still be a threat after the Defense boosts
>and ultimately sweeping them with Stored Power
Am I the only one who really likes the UBs?
Why does this artist always draw Phero with that face?
