Now, I know most of you fags hate this sort of shit, but there are some of you out there that don't. I just want to get a general feel from the crowd about how much interest there would be about another rom hack being made.
The idea I had would be to use Hoenn and start from Mossdeep city, and you're Brendan's kid. Captain Briney moves out to Mossdeep because ocean, and he's still servicing his ferry. It now goes to Lillycove and Slateport. First two gyms are mono typed, then three dual typed, then three mixed teams (like Blue, from GSC). Gym order would then be Wionna (now a dragon type leader), Flanerry, Roxanne (Rock/Water; team would look like Nosepass, Lileep, Omanyte, Azumarill, Spheal), Norman (Normal/Flying), Watson (Electric/Steel), Brawly, Juan, and then Wally takes T&L's spot.
It will take some ideas from Omega Firered, such as Gym leaders having higher levels and more Pokemon, although it won't end on the level 100 cap like OFR does. It will also include a wider variety of Pokemon from previous gens, although not all of them.
That's my piece, ask away if you need to. I just need something productive to fill my free time, and I thought this could be it.

Why not just set every mon in the game except yours to lvl100? just warn the player and tell them to grind up beforehand. Give all the mons perfect IV's too. It wouldn't be hard, and it would be really funny to see a lvl100 early varmint.

I do still believe that they're going for a dragon form necrozma. Why else would its concept art go to such lengths as to specifically identify each body part with its position in a dragon-esque creature if they weren't going to show it in-game?

It's different. There's no concept art of anything remotely resembling the original dragon, or any notes indicating how kyurem and reshiram's bodyparts assemble to become one, just lore references and dex entries. If necrozma was equivalent to this (and for it NOT to have a dragon form), it would have to a) be an implied mon that never really appears and doesn't have a canon design or b) have no notes on its concept art and just a dex entry in the lines of "it is said it appeared after the crash of an ancient dragon whose its remains have never been found" or so.
