How is pic related so low? It doesn't die to a single special attack like cloyster and it has a decent ability, which it can use with razor shell, cross chop, night slash, poison jab and x-scissor and shadow claw, even return gets a boost. If you worry about getting OHKOd by a grass move then you could switch the herb for a sash

Hi, I'm here again after some days lost finding information about these games. I found this:
-Ten Carat Hill is a dormant volcano that wakes up.
-The Ultra Space is now more big.
New zones: Big Black Core, Unknown Spot, Rainbow Hall, Deep Hole, Ultra Beast Corridor...
-New Alola Guardians: the Waku Pokémon dynasty (parallel to Tapu dynasty)
-We also have new Tapus that I said in previous leaks: Tapu Gong, Tapu Make and Tapu Akua. I said that Tapu Akua was Water/Fairy. Sorry, I had a mistake, is only Fairy type.
-The leaks that said something about Necrozma Sol and Necrozma Luna are fake. There is a new form for Necrozma, called "Dragon Prism Form". Psychic/Dragon.
-Nintendo is waiting for July 1st for reveal the first details about the game.

How come I don't feel any nostalgia playing these games? My first ever region was Hoenn and it's the reason why I grew loving Pokemon but how come I don't feel any connection to the remakes at all, no matter how hard I try? I want to feel like I'm playing the original Ruby and Sapphire and trying to imagine it in just an updated version but it just won't work. I don't feel anything at all. It's like I'm playing a completely different game and it makes me fucking sad. Is it because the drastic change from 2d pixels to 3d? If the Hoenn games were remaked during Gen 5 then probably I still would feel a little nostalgic playing it.

We're talking like old Pokemon for new areas here, right? Other than that this is way more believable than any leaks we've seen lately, since it implies that USM is an absolute cashgrab piece of trash, which it will be.

ok, so... I know Im a little late to the party, but... Im jumping back into pokemon after a very long hiatus. basically, the only games i ever played (and completed) were red, blue, gold and silver. a friend is giving me a 3ds tomorrow, along with sun and moon, so... wat do?

Stats are different from Gold and Silver. There are six stats now, the Special has been replaced by a seperate Special Attack and Special Defense.
Attacks are divided in physical and special moves now. It says what it is when you select a move, physical uses the regular Attack stat and special the Special Attack one.
New type: Fairy-type. Jigglypuff-line, Clefairy-line, Mr. Mime and Marill are the only first two gen Pokémon that are retconned into (part)-Fairy type.
Pokemon have abilities now. Things like 'this Pokémon can't be confused' or 'this Pokémon's Speed stat increases every turn until it's KO or the stat is maxed'.
The Pokémon on the box is plot important.

Gyms are gone, replaced by a wild buffed Pokémon you have to beat.
HMs are gone, so no need for a HM member in your party anymore.
Wild Pokémon can call for help in this game, but only if they don't have a status effect (paralyze, sleep etc.)
After you see a Pokémon for the first time, you can see the effectivity of your Pokémon's move against it.

My theory is that after ORAS was released, GF cancelled Z to streamline and conserve resources which would lead to an early release of Gen 8 on Switch in 2018 compared to 2019 like XY almost 3 years after 3DS release.
A 2 year dev cycle for SM after ORAS. Some of USUM developed during SM dev cycle by B Team. B Team finishes rest after SM release. A Team works on Gen 8 on Switch for 2 years after SM release. B Team will soon join them.

I just bred a 6 IV one accidentally while trying to breed a male salandit for my poison monoteam.
Salandit was my favorite Pokemon shown pre-release and I had such high hopes for a cool evolution then it turned out to be female only evolution. And it was a dumb sexy lizard at that.
