The rum's only 35%, I'm going to guess my Ponche is about ~17% alcohol.
Going to use a stronger one next time.

Using the whey as an easy source of protein, don't want to buff up, just want to get back into shape. Lost quite the amount of weight the last few months.

It's in Papiamento and goes something like this:

1 can of milk (coffee milk)
1 can of condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup of rum / amaretto / brandi of your choice
1 thee spoon of vanilla
1 pack of instant jelly pudding

It's basically put all the stuff in the blender. First the milk, condensed milk and alcohol, beat 1 min, add the eggs, beat another minute.
Then add the jelly pudding mix and vanilla and beat another minute.

I have no idea what the last two lines say, the last couple of words give credit for the recipe and the word 'ijskast' is Dutch/Papiamento for fridge. Maybe one of the Arubanons can help out.

Also I used cookie pudding instead of pistachio. Make sure you don't use vanilla sugar but just vanilla (they didn't sell it here). And I'd say be easy on the condensed milk (do a bit first and add more later if you want it sweeter) or it might get too sweet.

Seems simple but you gotta do it and keep it up.

First cut out everything you can easily miss, snacks, soft drinks, alcohol (:^)), juices.
Reduce the sizes of your meals.
Eat / drink things which fill you up but do not contain a lot of calories, whey is an excellent example.

And work out :^)
