In Jungian psychology, Personas are like masks that people wear in different social situations. You act differently during a job interview to how you act with your friends, or with your parents, or on your own, or on an imageboard.

People put on different personas according to how they want to come across and to who, and they don't necessarily do it consciously.

Friendship isn't all sunshine and rainbows though. Arguments and fallings out are just as much a part of friendship as having fun and being with people you like. The only time I can remember the P4 crew ever having a genuine argument was during the whole Nametame thing.
P3 had:
