There's no reason for snowballing to be a thing that happens. Everyone should have set damage values like every other game so that a losing player can still outplay their opponents with reaction times. Instead you outplay your opponent with reaction times only to have them take half their health in damage with all your abilities and then having them 2 shot you.

They also need to change the surrendering system, because combining the current one where the majority of players (3 out of 5) on a team want to surrender and play another game because they're getting stomped the last two idiots decide it would be a chuckle to either not vote or vote no.

So if you end up feeding and can't do anything to the enemy team you're basically forced to sit around for an extra 10 minutes doing nothing because the voting system is fucked.

This is the real source of toxicity in league of legends. Make it so that surrendering is determined by majority vote >50%. The current system just causes people to flame each other because they're no longer having fun playing a losing game where all they can do is waveclear the minions off their towers since their opponents deal way too much damage due to a gold lead.

He actually is. Jax is only as powerful as your enemies allow him to be. He is a true Nasus : if he gets even one bump in his progress to late game he is gone of the game. His kit doesn't really allow him to pull any crazy outplay, so he depends on the enemy doing stupid shit to win.

Getting ping spikes all the damn time and it's really getting annoying. I literally can't tell where I am some games. My internet is fine and I'm tried every online solution there is. I think it's a problem with my shit computer since it only started having problems once it had a BSOD (again, my computer is a piece of crap). But it's still annoying considering I have no money to replace it.

But what about the surrendering system? How is it okay that a duo can single handedly decide whether or not to end the game?

If your team collectively feeds 20 kills to the enemy team and your team only has 3 kills it's pretty obvious to a rational person that the game has been lost. But your duo queue thought it would be funny to antagonize you and make you waste an extra 10-20 minutes waddling around like retarded penguins only to get picked off one by one since grouping at that point is suicide.

Kindred is best in late game. The good thing about Kindred is that your W heals you (you know those stacks from 0-100).

I usually start at golems, for the stun, if you're confident go for red right away, if not, then just go near chickens shoot a little chicken and hide, it will restore your HP if you have 100 stacks. Try to get as many stack as possible for the HP dmg on mark of the kindred, don't buy botrk, and build yourself a little tanky with frozen mallet.

That means so much against lee sin Q, shaco Q, rek'sai tunnels, jarvan E+Q, maokai W, and everybody with a gapcloser.

Basically you're hoping your team isn't retarded, that they can respond to your pings, and that the enemy won't follow. Or that you won't just die instantly because you're one of the squishiest, most immobile champions in the game.

All of this so that you can...use devourer? So what? The best Kog build I can think of is hybrid AP where you still get plenty of attack speed from rageblade/nashors, but you don't want to go LMAO5AS because it's going to root you in place while you do it. Risking putting him in the jungle is ASKING to get fucked, more so than putting him botlane where at least he has a support. You don't need to HOPE you get a "better" lategame with devourer in exchange for being the most useless jungler you can think of, because Kog's lategame is already one of the strongest in the game. It's everything before 25 minutes that makes him shit, and making the game a 4v5 because jungle Kog will have no map pressure is an awful idea.

I wish I could show you replays of my jungle Kog games, because I think you're wrong. If you can avoid getting put behind by invades, jungle Kog's ganks are decent. I've had several games where I did the most damage in the game as jungle Kog and had twice as many kills as anyone on my team. Maybe it's because I'm playing against bad players, but if you play it right you can pressure the map decently well. I didn't say to afk farm.

And it's funny that you bring up Kog having to get through the first 25 minutes of the game; if you're against any jungler that isn't too good at invading, this is trivially easy because there's no risk to farming in the jungle if no one's gonna invade you. Once again, doesn't mean you afk farm and never gank, but as long as you don't die to a countergank or screw up, you'll be fine.

Here's a game where I did the most damage in the game, had triple the kills of anyone else on my team, and had a few successful ganks even though top got fucked repeatedly. These are diamond and high plat players. Surely this can't be as awful as you think.

Why do people always suggest range changes? Riot never just buffs range like any other base stat, it pretty much always comes with a mini-rework of sorts. Ship has sailed on that one, you'll get 5% more damage on W at best. In several months of course, not like riot is going to priorities kog in assassin meta anyway.

Kog's mini rework is still recent enough for them to justify giving him some range buff. But aside from that I would like to see less mana costs (bring R back to 40 or remove W cost) or maybe a lower cooldown on rank 1 W (or revert the range nerf on rank 1 W, not his base range but seriously rank 1 W is so fucking bad now)

BotRK is a really inefficient third item here. Against their frontline, he has no other source of attack speed or armor pen, so the on-hit is going to do zero damage. Against tristana, It does jack shit for damage and he already has two other slows to tag her with so that he can force her to ult and jump out of a fight. Randuins would have been really good to just fuck up Tristana's life, maw would be a fantastic way to increase burst and frontline power. Hell, spirit visage or locket would be perfect. A two-second fear is one of the strongest CCs in the game and he could have completely invalidated rammus and trundle.
