With the the health limit in rebirth and the lack of red hearts on hard mode he just wasn't useful enough to warrant two nerfs.

Please someone help me. I hate this fucking shit. I've played isaac rebirth on a cracked version by "R.G. Mechanics", and i can't find the savedata ANYWHERE. I looked for them in every fucking folder of my pc and i can't manage to find them. The game still loads my savegame tho, so i think they must be somewhere. Any idea? I actually bought the game via steam with the afterbirth dlc, but i don't want to lose my savegame. Please help

Unless you have anything that gives you any form of extra life, use Alt F4 Exploit. It's how I managed to kill Hush. Somehow, extra life-giving items prevent Alt F4 Exploit. Dead Cat and Guppy's Collar are also the reasons, along with Number One, why I died and couldn't savescum a Dark Room Mom's Knife Book of Shadows Run and unlock The Soul. Atleast I managed to take out Stan.
And never EVER get Number One with Mom's Knife. It reduces your range to horrific levels.

Weird, I tried in on my last life, but when I did continue and the screen went dark with the white icon in the middle, I heard a squelching sound, like I took damage. Then the game loads and it just shows me dying. So that's why I think the lives ruined the Alt F4 for that run.

What I do after every few room clears and when I get desperate for survival, I pause the game when safe in an empty room, Exit Game to main menu, check the time the save has (game saves this way, and also after you use D4? Not tested it specifically, but I suspect it), Continue, check the game time to see if they're the same, then keep going.
It's a lot like spamming savestates in Kaizo Mario World. Same thing here; I only do it out of necessity, and ONLY with The Lost. Never done Alt F4 Exploit with any other character. And I'm not planning to; that's a slippery slope right there.

Well, she comes with an active and a passive no matter what, something a lot of half the characters dont have, statistically theres a better chance of you having a good starting loadout then a bad one, BUT, theres always that chance you start with fucking isaac's heart and two spirit hearts. and her stats usually suck balls because they can put it into any of the six which means you usually get low damage and tears with good range and shotspeed.
Overall, shes good -tier, but its hard to tier the random character.
But in terms of fun shes top top tier imo

Yeah, OK. But what helps most is having orbitals that block shots.
Get 3 pretty flies or something, and you can just ignore Hush's shots outright. In the one full hour of tries it took me to take down Hush with The Lost, with the setup I had, only ONE death was as a result of a bullet getting past the pretty flies. That should give you an idea of how good orbitals are against a boss like Hush that has consistent bullet patterns. Dunno about Mega Stan Phase 2.

I always Exit Game to main menu, check if the time it has on the note on the left matches the time in the game. Exiting and Continuing via pause menu and main menu sorta "save" the game. Picking up pedestal items and using D4 I suspect also apply a "save".

I got Guppy's Collar and Guppy on separate runs, and neither made a life counter appear.
