Which one do you have, black or green?
As far as I know, the green (either variant) is rarer as it was only available in early versions via the Israel/Palestine parachute-in-barbershop glitch.

Getting one is the hard part, but transferring one to another outfit is easy. The method of transferring it (last tested in 1.28/1.29 but should still work) is as follows:
>Save your duffel to any outfit
>Save the outfit you want to copy the duffel to
>Equip your duffel outfit
>Fly to a high altitude in your preferred air vehicle
>Bail out
>While freefalling, change to the other outfit with the M menu
>Pull your parachute
>Land
When you land, your duffel bag should reappear once your character takes off their parachute (or when you respawn if you ate shit on the landing). Go and save it in the nearest clothing store and you're done.

There is literally no limit how long you can do it if you alt+tab or have second monitor. If you leave it be there is a risk the jobs end or something like that though usually if you host it's gonna roll forever. Too bad can't automatically set normal -> hard.

I see people bitching about the Marksman rifle in here, is it OP for PVP or something? I only play in private games so I cant say Ive ever had any issues with it and it seems outclassed by other guns for shooting NPCs. In fact I wish I could take the scope off and use it as a regular rifle, itd be my favorite gun if you could blindfire it.

This leads me to a tangent.

GTA3 is literally my favorite in the series simply because of how tight and simple it is. Even if it's hokey as fuck plot-wise (well, with what little plot there is) it feels so much more focused.

GTAIV felt like a bit of a hassle, size-wise, for me, and GTAV honestly feels like it's simply too big. All those unused stores and buildings feels like such a huge fucking waste, and the general lack of side missions that you don't have to go hunting for feels utterly pointless.

What's the point in having such a huge open world if you don't use any of it? San Andreas's version of the state felt so much better IMO because even though the world was smaller, more of it was put to use.

I dunno this is probably something that was discussed to death on GTAIV/GTAV's release dates. I only just bought the game because I was waiting for any hype to truly die before I tried it out. I did the same with GTAIV and it made me look at the game much more critically than I would have otherwise.

Grand theft auto IV was the first Gta game where I went and played the story because I wanted to see what was going to happen.
V wasn't as great but it's a definite uphill effort.

Oh yeah no I agree, I feel like GTAV is one game I actually want to beat the story of just because Michael and Trevor are so compelling even if Trevor is written like a kid was let into the writing room.

Michael is such an explosively good character, who goes from Max Payne to "your dad" to psychopath within a lunch break and I absolutely love it. What he does makes so much fucking sense for the position he's in and he's just so well-done. I REALLY LIKE his character.

My point is more about the worlds though. I prefer GTA3 LC just because I know where I am and what I'm doing at all times and everything feels alive and like it has a point. Whereas in GTAIV it was just row after row of brownstones that I really couldn't distinguish between. I mean, I never spent any damn time in Alderney outside of missions because it was just another samey, empty city.

That and GTAIV's driving blew boat people so hard that I couldn't just go for a fun drive.
