This is a fucking disaster!

It already unlocked before the set time for me a while ago

It plays fantastically smooth on my rig - i5 3750 and radeon hd7950, solid 60fps in multiplayer with some (not all) fancy grafics toggled on - feels as smooth as CoD4 or something no fps drops whatsoever except when it has to load a new map.

Pretty fun, too.

Update the drivers, there's a version for Blops 3 out already
Go to steamapps/blops3/players/config.ini and set the workThreads variable to 2 instead of 4 (apparently an issue for i5's)
Set a framerate limit to 58 or 60 in game settings

I tried fucking everything I read on Steam.
The ini file edit just stopped the 5 second long stutters from happening but the game still has FPS drops.
I limited the FPS to 58, deactivated Vsync.
Fucking nothing, lowering the graphics makes the FPS go higher but the drops are still there.

honestly I bought the game and waited until midnight to unlock it, game runs fucking terribly.

I have a nvidia 660 which isn't the best, but I can play battlefield 4 and battlefront 3 on high and they looked WAY better than black ops 3 on high. But I'm not running on high, I'm running with the lowest possible settings besides the resolution quality, where it looks like a fucking PS2 game

and even then, I STILL can't get 60 fps

This is literally the worst fucking FPS campaign I've ever played in my life. I can't even fucking keep playing it it's so bad. What the fuck is going on? Who the fuck are any of these people, and why the fuck should I care about any of this? What the fuck is their goal? It's just "MUH FUGGIN TERRORISTS" and "HACK HACK HACK."

I just did the part where Hendricks sits there getting brainblasted by Kane for a couple minutes while you defend him and I still have no idea what the overarching plotline is.

Not to mention it runs like fucking dogshit, I'm getting dips into 30fps territory constantly.

Never below 120 fps, capped at 144fps for my 144hz monitor. Campaign made it go to around 100 at times. Medium to high settings. Nothing maxed.

I'm playing on PC and when I load the game, it is in windowed mode and I see the first few splashscreens or whatever but then when it goes to the menu the screen turns black and there is a build number/version number in the corner of the screen. the game doesnt seem to accept my keyboard inputs because I can't skip the splashscreens nor can I do anything once it goes to the black main menu screen. What's even weirder is that I can open up the steam overlay over this black screen

Both weapons had incredible range , dmg and were piss easy to handle.
Now compare it to a Remmington:
If i miss my first shot i'm probably dead.
If i run inside an empty area i'm dead.
I'm only better in a range <=2,5 meters
I mastered this shotgun , i know where to run around , i know where people camp and i know how to get around to get behind the enemy.

The problem with the Remington is that despite it's limited range, it outclassed literally EVERYTHING within its effective range. You could not be stopped because you would just one-shot hip-fire everyone before they could even aim down their sights.

I feel this too, that's why I'm in this thread. I went with my friend last night so he could get it and we could hang out a bit and it seemed alright. But I don't know if I'd just stop playing it out of frustration and no friends to play it with. It seemed alright though, like a higher mechanical skill ceiling and a lot of modes I haven't played before.

Upon launch I had a memory leak issue (was using all 8gb), I ended the app in task manager, and booted it up again. After putting it into fullscreen mode, I didn't experience any further issues.

I didn't tweak any settings, and the game runs at a constant 60FPS in game.

I have:
Windows 7 (64 bit)
I7 4770k @3.5GHZ
Gefroce GTX 770
(I also downloaded the latest drivers for Blops III)

Game runs just fine, there is a known issue with I5's though that can be solved by missing with the config apparently.

So far its pretty much what you would expect from COD. Some guns are a bit OP at the moment, theres a 2 hit kill machine gun with no recoil, and some of the specialist perks need be re-worked. But no hackers for PC yet. I'm new to the COD franchise, so kill streaks are a bit funky, the specialist abilities are straight forward, but I've yet to use a kill streak ability.

The Vermin SMG is shit though desu. The first SMG is great.

Wall Running, and sliding are interesting features, but they don't really have a huge effect on combat.

It's your average Arcade Shooter. It's COD.

I haven't even used the bow yet but based on some of my killcams I swear to god the arrows are heat-seaking, it looks so fucking easy to get a kill with whereas the crossbows in past games were some of the most difficult guns to aim in the series because you had to lead your shot and the blast radius was tiny.

So yea I finally got the gorgon myself and its fucking dumb, it BADLY needs a quickdraw and even with its a little slow but its just nuts how fast you kill people, if you have even a little bit of situational awareness you will decimate people, I am trash and I pushed up my K/D by a lot due to the sheer power of the gorgon.
