I'm really fucking shit at laning and in general
if I solo lane I either feed as a motherfucker or are irrelevant
if I go botlane I either go decent if I adc or my adc leaves me after feeding Jinx three kills and I try to push the lane and at least take a tower

I really have no idea of what to do
I'm shit, but so are the people at my level, which makes this even harder
always get stomped, I'm on 13 games lose streak against a variety of Fizz, Jinx and friends

that's bread and butter. you might want a page with a lot of armor/hp for support as well but that's it. rest is really preference/optimization, e.g. for hecarim you'd want an armor pen red + move speed quint page or for jungle diana attack speed red + ap quint.
