I want to kill myself but can't because I need to get Global Elite.

You might think this is a joke. It isn't. I've wanted to kill myself for a long while now, probably since around 12 years old. The only thing that alleviated my depression when I was younger was Counter-Strike: Source. It was the best game I'd ever played. I swore to myself when I got bored of CS:S (two years after GO came out) that I wouldn't kill myself until I was GE. I didn't count rank 10 FaceIt, because, well, it sucked. Now that I'm DMG, I don't know what to do with myself. I still want to die, but I can't just keep pushing it off until the next rank up. I'm addicted to the game, yes, but I'd like to have some motivation to live other than a video game. I feel so pathetic. I've attempted suicide twice before and been admitted to a ward for two weeks once, which only made things worse. What else is there to live for? People generally bore or upset me. I have a girlfriend, friends, family, pets, a job, everything I could really ask for. I'm not allowed to get medication as I'm still under my parents insurance. I'm working on going back to therapy, but my parent's think my depression is just in my head. I'd really love some advice, or just someone to talk about random shit online with.

I hope people don't see this as some kind of joke. Just writing this has helped, to some degree.

cheap god tier ramen:
1 packet beef/roast beef ramen
1 frozen hamburger patty
spices you prefer

Turn on 2 burners of your stove, one to cook the patty and one to cook the ramen. cook the patty tell one side is brown, then flip it and cut it into small chunks. From what I've read people are mostly angry that they lied about it, but if you actually put yourself in the players shoes it is very understandable. Hell, even semmler went through a list of points in his recent rant where he had all these excuses that I'm pretty sure he at least considered semi-valid, so people are having some level of empathy here, but then they completely throw it out of the door when they reach the lying part.
Do they not understand that the players thought a major part of their life was burning down around them? They were probably scared as shit, and made the wrong decision under duress.
