Re-asking question: Will the skill trees on bnstree be implemented when the game comes out? Right now it's not the same as the trees in the beta.

So in checking my budget, I should have a decent amount of money available in about a month and really wanna upgrade my computer a bit to run BnS better (Possibly even stream if I can upgrade enough, cheaply enough to handle it).
What would probably give me the biggest impact for a performance boost? 20-30 FPS while in combat, especially in small dungeons, is really annoying.
I'm guessing it would be the processor and gpu, but I'm not sure if that mobo might be so dated that upgrading would help anything.
Processor is 3.21GHz, dunno why speccy isn't showing that.

On the Korean leaderboard most classes' #1 player are in the 2000-2100 Elo range, while their #100 players are in the 1900 range.

The #1 FM is in the normal range, but the #100 FM players are in the realm of the 1700s. That's a HUGE disparity, though it could be because the class is just unpopular rather than it being that much harder to master.

Well most games don't really offer the range of character creation this one does, so dark skin characters just look like palette swaps of lighter ones. And the few ones that do are other Asian MMOs that excluded darker skins for some reason.
