So I bought pic related on ebay today, now I gotta wait for it to arrive. I've played a majority of the AC games, including Last Raven and Nine Breaker, so I'm familiar with the game in general, but is there anything I should know about Nexus in particular?

Also, anyone know where I can buy a copy of Last Raven in Australia. My PC does not like emulating PS2 games.

Is not anime of the season (that title probably goes for one-punch man) but since the serie focus on 2 normal soldiers taking out the arms forts while the things is fighting another one, you get good parts of the things fighting each other.

Chapter 1 is when he first starts using laser blades and scores several friendly kills.
Chapter 2 is when he tells me he wants to learn kumos so I teach him the basics and how to find the sweet spot. He then gets with Diss to learn the fancier kumo tricks that I don't know about.

i think it was on the small-ish city map with the tall building in the middle and all sorts of tunnel-y nonsense on the ground, which (if memory serves) is to where one of the enemies tried to escape, hence the smoking out
i could be wrong though as the only match i've been able to find with both of us on that map was against an enemy squad who had CANIS as a merc

Dear Lord Ahab, its ACI question time again. Well thanks to the 2m drops now I am sitting at 9m credits and my two alt accounts both had two of the 2m drops. I main Morgans on all my accounts and they are all at level 10 with TLS at level 4 and planning to upgrade it to level 5. MPBM is already at level 5 but I rarely use that flashbang anymore. TLS is where my fun is at and I could have leveled it up to 5 on my main already. I think i'll gradually move it up to 15 but after level 11 on the high cst planes the returns gets diminished for the price we pay. Now I am just gonna take it easy and save up fuel for incoming idol-apocalypse, warwolf planes can go home.

Just finished 2 essays and 6 hours worth of engineering homewrk, on the plus side for the day, my armored core collection got bigger. the physical copies of the V and vd art books came in, along with FreQuencies Reprises and VD disks. also put in an order for 2 of the ACV infinity series peripheral kits since they are half off on amazon right now.

anyways i highly suggest resonance of fate, everything about that game was so atypical i just absolutely fell in love with it (main character is actually skilled, they fight with GUNS not swords, no magic, puzzle-based world map exploration, battle system that puts gun battles on the same level of beauty as ballet while simultaneously melting your brain as you learn it)
super fun if you like "weird" games
oddly, it's actually funny too. the vocal performances are fantastic & the jokes don't get lost in translation. i don't know how they did it.

if you havent touched a plamo kit in your life i would reccomend getting 1-2 gundam HG kits to familiarize yourself with plamo building, you dont want to fuck up with any of the AC kits, as they are a fair amount of work is needed to produce one. the end result is fantastic though. currently my backlog of AC kits consists of the 2 peripheral sets i ordered yesterday, a R.I.P. Blue magnolia kit, a 2nd white glint with v.o.b kit im using for a custom paint job. i reccomend a cheap but relatively usefull tool kit like this one

i started with one of the older variable infinioty kits, which had slightly larger parts and werent as fragile as the ACV/VD kits but the AC/VD kits tend to have more posable joints and fit better in cramped spaces due to the fact that they are smaller overall despite being the same scale as the pre V kits. overall its a really fun hobby and i wouldnt discourage anyone from going for it.

My problem with models is that you can't play with them much. I feel a little embarassed in admitting this, but I prefer the action figure ACs that can, at least with the zinaida figure, take a beating and keep on cheating.

you can play with models anon, half the fun is in posing them and messing around with the peripherals. at least for me it is. some kits you might need a bit of extra glue so it can take a bit more wear and tear but when my roomates arent around i shamefullly admit that i run around setting up my ANGI kit with dual sniper cannons and make autistic shooting noises

Yes both the F15MTD and SU47 had their reputations ruined in ACI. However its both planes are too beautiful not to be used in sorties. So yeah I am with you, I love them both as well. Also about the AC plamo's they're really detailed and requires some experience in plamo so like PSPanon said, get some cheapo HG's as a starter.

silent line, ac3, last raven and ac1 are all compatible on the vita! congradulations on your purchase and have fun. they handle a lot better on the vita over the psp 3k that i have due to the multiple joysticks.

i could dig the idea of an MT mount on some of the VD ACs.
you can pick up a sniper cannon turret and mount it on your back mid combat for an improv weapons system, or heavy shield and ciws from the heavy tread police acs.
what i could really dig for the OW would be sort of half of one of the transport helos mounted on your back modified, for extra mobility, extra weapon storage, and two large shields mounted on the sides that help boost defense. that would be pretty cool. or a gun in ACVD that shoots amidas.
