Playing through Custom Meido 3DPG 2 right now and I have a few questions.

1. Do the dialogue choices actually have an effect on anything or do they all give the same stat bonuses regardless?

2. Does bringing girls to the SM room decrease their affection? Because they always seem hesitant when you choose it but as soon as you go in the actual room their dialogue changes to being thirsty as fuck.

3. Do traits actually do anything? If so doesn't that mean your early meidos are shit out of luck since you can't unlock as many traits with their meido points?

4. Is there a list of all the unlockable costumes anywhere?

5. Why the fuck is it called the innocent little sister personality if she doesn't actually call you onii-chan?

Not particularly. Some increase affection more, others don't.

That's just the game being the game. The maid I have with pretty high M seems to have a lot of dialogue about wanting to be violated when we get in the room though that might just be normal dialogue.

The traits don't seem to do much other than adding flavour text for interviews as far as I know.

1. Dialogue choices increases/decreases(?) meido's favor. If you're planning to change her status to lover, increase her favor. Check the wiki also. Look for 'favour'.

2. I don't torture my meidos. Sorry anon. :(

3. I haven't got that far about testing out the traits. The wiki got a good description about this though.

4. Check your trophies (if you installed the HF patch). New classes also unlocks new costumes. You could also check the wiki.

I can't moonrune, but from what i've understood of it, it serves as a sandbox of sorts so you don't need to keep two separate installations for unmodded game.

So you still require ReiPatcher to patch the Assembly-CSharp and use UnityInjector, but then you put it into the sandbox folder instead of replacing them.

I've only played the first one so far.
He's a perverted back-alley doctor, and the patient is a girl who's never been to a gynecologist before, but wants to have a child. So you basically have to make the right choices to feel her up but still trick her into thinking it's a normal exam. That's the first half of the game, the second half is only if you go the true ending route. There are only two sex scenes in the game (one in each ending), but the animation is pretty good.
Second one adds a second girl to the mix, but like I said, I haven't played it yet, and I'm not sure what scenes you're talking about. There is a scene in the first game where you're the one getting choked (by the first girl's husband), if that's what you're talking about.

I also got CM3D2Tool which extracts .model files but I don't know how to get that loaded into Maya.

Soft is the go to option for edging.
Go for the Venus if you can afford it both the Real and Clone are better than any Lilith when it comes to overall feeling, the only advantage the Lilith has is that it's easier to stroke with it because of it's size, whereas the Venus holes are bulkier.
I'd still go for the Venus any day though, I'd go for the Venus Real in soft though, Venus Clone is great too but it can be quite a dick bully and make you cum pretty fast, which isn't good if you want to use your hole while reading/playing.
