I don't see a problem. You should, at the very least be able to use the MRS-4, macht and sz 336 with infiltrator, if nothing else.

The problem is that other classes don't really have anything unique going for them like stealth camo.

If enforcers were buffed by passively taking to CQC attacks to get stunned + an ability they can activate for a short time like fortunes' to deflect attacks, everything would be better.

The same kind of buff could be given to scouts by making snipers 1 shot infiltrators when in effective range, but do just slightly to low damage to one shot an enforcer at full health. Especially if you gave them a perk for pentazemin.

Remove like two weapons from infiltrator (LMG and kabarga maybe?) and bam, the other classes are actually worth using.

Grenade spam is an issue but not an enforcer specific one. Tactical should probably not apply to grenades. I'd even go as far as to say having more than 2 is a bit ridiculous considering there's very little penalty to for dying.
