I'd say theres one. Dogamy and Dogaressa refer to the Nose Nuzzling championships of '98 which they took second in to Toriel and Asgore. Meaning those two were around since Chara would have lived through the other 6 humans. They should know what a human looks like.

Only possible excuse is they took second in something like 2498 but that seems to be unlikely.
