He's the king of point-defense CC (combined with Limbo, Frost, or Loki if the enemy has range), but that's pretty boring rarely necessary.

there are 2 ways to complete missions. because in the end there are only 2 missions in game.

you kill everyone as efficiently and fast as possible and extract. you will do this on MD, def, exterminates and a few others that will force you to stand still, do nothing, then extract.

you will move as fast as possible to a room, do something, then extract as fast as possible. spy, assassinates, deception, and a few others are like this.

the only real variation is sabotage and miniboss invasion, where you will be prompted with the only secondary objective on the whole game. stealth is irrelevant, and once again, you dont need to do anything but the objective and extract, except you dont really need to find all 3 caches or kill all minibosses from your enemy crime syndicate.

there are no real benefits in stealth. it is fun but even a 1000% affinity boost will not make it worth it compared to the amount you will get when grinding on a proper mission, killing enemies by the buckets. sorry.
