he doesnt pool for deep insight or sets up his deep (refresh revealing before etc) so he can spam the big moves
lot of sinister during deep insight and lot of evis outside of it. might be looking at it wrong
also some revealing during deep so hes not setting up and anticipating his deep insight

probably im just looking at what i can tell him to improve because i see a well geared character doing bottom dps and then i hover over the ranking thing and it says 14% for his class and ilvl on a patchwerk fight. something is horribly wrong and needs to change.

your guy definitely needs to use killing spree as that's a big big chunk of damage he's missing out on. that'll shift damage away from his white swings, of which his is noticeably higher than even the 50th percentile. he needs to sinister strike more as well as his count is just way too low for the fight length. all of these have higher counts for lower times.

For all the people talking about how easy raiding was in vanilla, didn't they make some major change to the way that tanks hold aggro very early on? If I remember correctly, you used to have to limit your damage as a damage class, or use feints to avoid pulling aggro and tanks had to be much more aware of threat levels.
