I live in New Zealand, buying from those sites cost a little too much because of shipping and they usually take a while to arrive too. I don't see why Microsoft took it down from their store, I would've just bought it from there if I could have. The New Zealand Ebay equivalent only has one copy of Combat Evolved and it's in a $60 bundle with a ton of other old PC games. I'll probably end up pirating it at this point desu, I just check to see if I can buy it digitally from Amazon first, I remember doing that with Crysis a while ago.

Played through RE5 so many fucking times with my best friend.
We'd finish the game and about 30 minutes later be like, "Shit, I wouldn't mind doing that again.".
So we'd just load up the next highest difficulty and try out all the completion guns we were getting.
I still remember that fucking fight with Jill and both of us taking turns pounding the other in the chest after every single hit since basically everything was a one-shot, she'd almost always cartwheel kick you in the face the second the healing animation ended, and you'd bleed out in less than a second so we couldn't split up without risking a lot.
We both fucking lost our shit laughing together when the game loaded the Jill fight for the umpteenth time and he suddenly pulled out his magnum and blew her brains out in frustration.
I never realized how fun RE4 would be co-op, and love that they toned down the horror aspect of the game so much since it's basically impossible to make a co-op game scary.
Too bad Dead Space 3 didn't avoid that mistake.

I always wondered if we'd like RE6 as much since it wasn't too well received either, but it seemed to get more shit than RE5 did and we were both too far in our lives by then to find the same kind of time to play through another game like that.
Kinda sucks how you can go from 35 hours of school a week + homework to 40 hours a week and somehow it feels like you've lost twice as much time out of your day.

when my brothers and I would get competitive at goldeneye64 we'd get a splitter and put the tv's back to back and cover the enemy's half with cardboard and put on headphones so you would get zero feedback from your opponent except their facial expressions.
