Posting in an epic thread.
>>
itll come out 2017 in a slot without other major rpg releases that month
>>
>>323433025
How would you know what they did?
>>
>Blood and Wine Delayed
>No concrete date
>Only Q1

Nah, 2017 at the earliest for CP2077
>>
>>323433093
Iwinski is my dad. They were too busy with W3 to actually work on CP2077.
It'll be out in 2018 at the earliest.
>>
/vee/ will hype this game up like the second coming of christ, then begin to shit on it because it doesn't please their autism the way they imagined
>>
>>323433093
because he's the biggest cdpr fan on the planet!
>>
>>323433550

It's going to be on consoles so it's going to be dumbed down consolized downgraded trash

We are literally expecting nothing from this shit
>>
Yeah, sure, CDP are hackers and can make a game like this in less than 1 year.

Holy retardation.

Even if they just put the level of writing into Cyberpunk, I wouldn't expect it to be ready this year.
I mean I suppose they don't have to write a game system in the same way, as you know... it's a tabletop game, so they can take large parts from that. But that only gives more options for how to complete things.

And one Cyberpunk corporate building should be bigger than the average village in the Witcher.

It's not coming out this year.
>>
>>323435006
It's unlikely that the combat is going to operate in the same turn based fashion as the tabletop game though, right? It'll make use of stats and skills but is likely to be an action RPG in the same vein as the Witcher games (with guns). They still have some system design to do.

>Today in vague, unsubstantiated rumour: Cyberpunk 2077 might be arriving before the end of 2016. This rather large 'might' comes courtesy of Gamereactor Germany, which cites a source close to CD Projekt RED.
>>
>>323432941
>potentially, possibly, maybe

wew, and they actually get paid for this.

What it means is, "we've just made shit up and created a non-story to generate some clicks which keep the shareholders happy so I keep my job"
>>
>>323434976

Let's face it, you WANT it to be shit. Posting reaction images, getting mad in /v/ and shitting on consoles is the only thing you PCucks care about.
>>
>>323432941
they already said it is a false rumor

expect holiday 2017 at best

>CDPR said a couple of times that it'll be probably at least 1 or 2 years more until we start hearing details about the game
>getting a release this year when they have just spent 1 year working fully on it
>>
each worker asap after his contribution with w3 was finished either moved to work on dlc or cp77, theres always been overlap with the projects
w3 however was finished about a year before release and they worked on optimization and bugs for a long time which will happen with cp77 as well
>>
good, but this time they have no excuse for showing a pretty demo and then downgrading it, all while denying the fact.

also i'm a bit concerned about the actual combat/gameplay. they couldnt flash it out properly in 3 witcher games, i doubt switching to a supposed tps/fps for the cyberpunk setting will bring any substancial improvement.
>>
>>323436056
well they certainly wont show any alpha footage for people interested in the game since people will just complain, so good job downgrade ppl
>>
>>323436203
>alpha footage

you mean pre-rendered footage?
if they actually showed a build running on a commercial ps4/xbox one or a modest target pc (no shit like 3000$ tri sli titan), you'd actually see games looking progressively better instead of getting worse at release
>>

Weeeew. Enjoy your assfagots and csgo

i doubt we are even getting gameplay footage at this year's E3 as it's in only 4 months
>>
>>323435528
early 2017?
>>
>>323437691
sure lets see footage so people can endlessly bitch about it again
you'll get TRAILERS with pre-rendered footage and no gameplay till its 2 weeks from game release
>>
>>323437828
indeed, how dare pc gamers question the shit that gets shoved down their throat
they should take a look at console players

>Finish TW3 main game in Q2 2014
>have people working on the DLC
>Have people working on patching the various bugs in all 3 versions
>Dedicate 10% of the team to Cyberpunk pre-production
>TW3 took nearly 5 years to develop
Do you really think they had the time to even start development until this year?
