Yep, the game never really took itself seriously, which is fine, even preferable, it's a game where you can have mid-air psychic fights and grow a dick with the power of your mind.
I mean hell, the game's main big (possibly bad) corporation that worked to rebuild society is named Weyland-Utani.
And even then, it's STILL a better RPG than anything Bethesda has shat out.
