Obviously they chose wrong then. I've said this before, but I'm going to say it again: they NEED to pander to their current audience to even have a hope of surviving. That means they need to make another fighting game (or something very similar like a beat 'em up), they need to crank the fanservice up to 11 like Skullgirls did, and they need to make a cast that consists of absolutely absurd designs like Skullgirls did.

Indivisible is failing exactly because it is the polar opposite of Skullgirls. The genre isn't in something that has (or can have) a rabid following, the fanservice is virtually nonexistent, and the cast's designs are horribly bland. It also doesn't help that every single attempt at publicity/advertising the game has been Mike Z moaning incessantly.

Yeah, but again, the company is on the brink of collapse.
Spending man hours fixing old frames isn't just something you can do out of the blue on your own, they're working on another game now, somebody would have had to get permission from someone who matters, someone who should be thinking about how they are going to make indivisible a success and not go belly up, more so than frames nobody cares about.
Someone made a conscious decision that cutting out a couple of panty shots because they look weird (Less weird than the out-of-place kickstarter background NPC's, I might add) is more important than a game they are desperately trying to get off the ground to keep the company alive.
Who? And why? People can say "Oh it was just weird" all day but it's still not a believable answer for any rational person.

It's not like there was a deadline for it, they probably just got some random guy to fix it while they were working on their game, or just working on it little by little.
