We've seen Xion turn into Sora before. It's possible the old Nort was just a facade. He is still in Terras body, the old man thing was just some sort of illusion.

Before you laugh at this, think about it. We've seen it done before. There is no reason for him to let Terras body go, and since it was technically Terras body that split up into Ansem SoD and Xemnas, it follows it is Terranort who must return, not old Xehanort. However the Mysterious Figure is just badly designed and i can't hate people for spamming surges against him, even though he got a ton easier with BbS Final Mix since you can just slide out of his Colission Magnet (the move where he pulls you up into the air, then slams down onto you.) This guy honestly just has a set amount of methods to beat, which are either spamming surged, spamming Sky Diver command style or spamming Magic Hour with Aqua. I worry about the aerial combo, I didn't notice that, but the ground combat and KH3 overall feels fast as fuck, the animations quality and speed are on par with KH2. And like he said at the beginning of the video. Its been 10 years, its more probable for Tokyo Team to not be the guys that made KH2 than for them to do it, many guys could have moved to Osaka, being replaced or fired in the meantime. Plus, more guys from the tokyo team will move to KH3 as FFXV finishes, so biggy either. 2.8 will come out a year before 3, it is clearly a beta, any issues will be solved by the time KH3 is ready to release.

Other than the obvious (Days and Re:Coded are just movies), keep in mind some material drops were changed in KH1 and KH2. Also do KH1 and watch Days before you play Re:Chain of Memories as it will unlock cards in the golden key rooms.

When playing Birth by Sleep, keep in mind you gotta finish the story with every character on the same difficulty to unlock the final and secret episodes.

I stopped playing KH1 Final Mix because I get motion sickness. It doesn't happen when I play BBS, and KH2 though. Probably because of the camera and lack of map for directions.

Most of my motion sickness happens pretty much in Wonderland and Agrabah world for KH1, and occasionally, Traverse Town.

People are split up about it.

It's the same core battle system, but they added a card system.

{spoiler]Now, you use cards. Different keyblades are depicted on the cards and determine its strength, and there is a number on the bottom right. Numbers go from 0 to 9. Higher numbers beat lower numbers, but 0 beats everything. That means, 0s are best used as a counter. Played last, they are the strongest, played first, they are the weakest.

There are also sleights where you stock up to three cards up your sleeve and they act like a normal combo (depending on what is on the cards, for example if you use an attack card followed by an item card followed by another attack card, you will attack, then use an item, then attack once more). However as you level up you can unlock combinations which basically unlocks specific combinations of cards to do special attacks, for example if you use three fire cards in a combination, you will use Firaga, add gravity spells to the mix and you will get Firaga Burst.

It's still real-time. You will see oncoming attacks in form of cards, and can parry them by playing a card with a higher number value.

Something more advanced: Cards have a specific value for Slash, thrust, and finisher. This means depending on which point they are used in a combo, they will deal damage according to their rank.

Sounds more complicated than it really is.
Let's say a keybade has

>D in finisher
This card will deal most damage when using it either as the second strike of your combo, or if you are really far away from an enemy, your first strike, as Sora will try and reach the enemy with a thrust attack, making the second attack a slash attack.

It's explained to you ingame. The Slash/thrust/Finisher thing is very advanced and really won't matter until you have a lot of different keyblade types.
