I can't speak for RO2. However TWI supported and produced content for KF1 for almost 10 years. A majority of their DLC is cosmetic snowflake shit because game devs need to eat. KF2 has a deluxe edition which again is snowflake shit and has zero effect on gameplay. Nearly all games have "special" purchase editions and it was still cheaper then most games are on release. I like driving around and flying in Online, apart from Heists that's really all I do. I did so many missions in the first week that I'm stacked with cash with very little to really spend it on.

I mean the lighting in this game is gorgeous, and the weather is pretty good too. I wish they didn't remove the wildlife from Online.

GTAV has mod support though, not mod tools, but people were making mods for the game.
