I've tested it in botht 4za and Horizon 1, and just shifting to a lower gear fucking doubles your turning rate. It's insane. Enter a corner at 55 in 6th and your steering column may as well be welded together. Drop down to 1st at 300 km/h, touch the stick, and marvel as your ride spazzes out like it was made in Garry's Mod.

well, im no expert,.from what you say, I think the restart loading issue is still there.

I don't have dead zones with the controller, I can pretty much turn smoothly and apply brakes or accelerate in any amount I want, especially usefull when driving a Grandprix car.

about sense of speed, I've always though both GT and Forza feel like the lack speed, which is the reason I love driving Grand Prix cars, those do feel vert fast.

It's literally just forza except they took out tuning. Instead, when you buy "Race" anything, it still applies the upgrade, but it's the default setup.
Street/Sport upgrades still work the same (and sometimes still have unique effects like adding gears) and basically lower your car, arbitrarily add power, etc.

Otherwise, the cars handle mostly the same as in Forza. There's also dirt sections now, and while grass is still slippery, it's not the weird magic grass that can take you from 300km/h to 0 with no damage to the car. Or the driver, for that matter.

It is definitely more ridiculous a game. Forza 4 topped out the silliness with Top Gear events. The canon of Forza Horizon is that the entirety of Colorado has been rented for an auto festival. You get free VIP tickets on the radio, and spend weeks upon weeks just VIPPING through Colorado, hooning like a mad cunt, occasionally racing biplanes for pink slips, shit like that. It's a silly story with a surprising number of anime tropes. No ayyliums or anything, but it's about as ridiculous as you can make a driving game where all the races are sanctioned and sponsored.

It has a good soundtrack, too. Being a festival, there's radio stations, so there's licensed music instead of the awful elevator rock that permeates most racing games. There's no Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne, though. Levels feat. Skrillex will have to do.

Dead Rising 3 AI's the best of the series since they can actually run through everything and not get grabbed all the time
playing coop you can go all over the place as far apart since the world loads as you go around

sure its not perfect, but its not broken at all, you can play online perfectly fine, at least I can with the playlist I use and I did play some missions in coop with friends, its a little wonky getting a party started but in no way broken.
