Both are pretty bad and Blood Dragon does VERY little to improve on FC3's flaws, what it has going for is mostly the over-the-top "hurr 80s" vibe which misses much more than it hits. If you didn't use it, recruits can disguise themselves in ACIII. They never brought this back in the pirate game despite being completely viable as a tactic.
