Comparatively, DotA 2 is hard to get into because it's far less readable and has more difficult core mechanics (Denying for instance, when to deny a turret, etc.). SMITE is third person over the shoulder, so less interesting to most, Heroes of the Storm is literally babby-moba.

LoL captured the casual audience perfectly by being just simple enough to keep them hooked, but deep enough to warrant an E-Sports scene.

Ocarina of Time is one of my favorite games but it's most certainly overrated to the heavens and back

I'm waiting for a 3D Zelda that doesn't necessarily re-invent the wheel but rather taps into the great ideas OoT had yet couldn't fully realize--namely the combat. It's kind of nuts how you could swing your sword in almost any direction and cancel out of movement options like rolls and side-hops with jump slashes. They just need to make a game with AI that's actually smart and challenging enough to where you'd actually, like, use that.

Also ditch Z-targeting for a more free flowing combat system that allows for more creative enemy placements of multiple baddies at once but maybe that's more a personal preference than a gripe
