The close up was used because of the Game Boy Camera. In order to get a similar look we had to move in very close. Otherwise what we would have captured wouldn't have looked okay.

Terrible. You upload a fair use video about the best episodes of Spongebob Squarepants, then a year later they decide to slam you with another copyright claim (the third attempt), and when you dispute this time, you get banned for four months, then try to appeal onlyto get pic related bullshit, then when you finally get unbanned you see the claim never went through and your spongebob video, your second most popular video, is still down so you send another claim and you're banned again.

1) I am using fair use and no amount of bullying on Viacom's part will change that.
2) I wasn't sure the spongebob ordeal banned me, and doing this helped confirm it. Worth the second ban, sort of. More like a 50% refund.

If you're in the Youtube business, take the warning of this old ghost, and stay awaaaaaaay. Also I wouldn't use Google because no company that would put you on hold for four hours only to tell you they don't have phone support is not worth your business.

I'm ashamed to admit I used to have a Call of Duty montage channel / speed arts. Community was cancerous, and everyone was just copying each other. Still managed 2k subs and 300k+ total views before I shut her down. Now I run a channel dedicated to music videos / commercials I shoot for my production company. Just a start, but I have a couple hundred subs and a couple thousand views each video. Its nice that I get paid to make the content anyway, so the views are just icing on the cake. If you want to get famous on YouTube you have to cater to the masses and follow a certain formula, which is something I'm not interested in right now.
