It's seperate from regular quests, go into your start menu while in a town/ your house and select guild quests. Register the ones you want and then go to the gathering hall and talk to any of the receptionists, in this case the middle one. From there just select the quest from the guild quest tab at the bottom and choose velocidrome.

You can play the "standard" game until the enhanced version comes out and then save transfer.
