Ventus is upbeat and determined. He's a lot like Sora except that he might be a little smarter and serious. He gets fucking depressed by the end of BBS but he always does what he needs to do to protect his friends, and is at peace with that.

Roxas is actually Sora's nobody -- he just had Ventus' heart so he looked like him and immediately had the ability to feel emotions. He also has the capacity for kindness and determination but all of the Organization and Ansem's bullshit left him bitter and angry. He displays a lot more anger and fury then Sora or Ventus ever do.

They'll all be their own people.

15 hour playthrough just skip all of the cutscene's and remember where you're going.

No, it's very very easy. Beginner Mode gives you a ton of stat boosts and a Ribbon already equipped (so it won't count against Unchanging Armor).

I did Undefeated/Unchanging Armor/Speedster on Beginner and finished in 6 hours (one of which was the Ansem gauntlet). Skip Olympus and Atlantica.

Well I did a unchanging armor/no continue run on beginner and it took me 7 hours. It's not hard. Honestly just play like usual, and don't focus on grinding, but don't avoid enemies either. And save often. You're allowed to die and reload your save, but you are not allowed to do the continue option.
