If the game is made TO pander, then it's likely to end up being a shit game, if the game is made, THEN panders (extra skins/content) then it's likely to be ok or at least ignorable and playable.

Veigar needed those changes because at higher elo his stun range was just too huge. People wouldn't use it for the purpose of zoning a person out, but instead aiming it so that people would get hit at max range from the gate, get stunned, and then the team would just follow up and kill them. Put mobility boots on Veigar and no one is going to be able to escape a stun from him without flashing or using gap closing abilities to get away.

a .75 delay on it means that people won't be doing this anymore, support veigar will go away, and he'll be set back into the middle lane as an AP mid burst caster like he was meant to be.
