Nope, they are making it, they just have to release Witcher 3 before dedicating everyone to Cuberpunk, I beleive they have about 40 people working on Cyberpunk compared to 200 on Witcher 3

Bladerunner is a fucking beautiful movie. What they were able to accomplish with just a set and a sprinkler system is just astounding.
