What are your favourite immersive medieval / fantasy games?

Dark Souls is the obvious choice, I guess,
but I've always been fond of Gothic 1 and 2 as well.

Stonekeep can be if you get past the rough nature of the game

Thief 1 and 2, 3 is the black sheep but I liked it

All I can think of for now

I'm not sure about immersive, but Neverwinter Nights was probably the comfiest RPG I had played.

Also Skyrim with sex mods.

The Witcher is easily the best when it comes to medieval settings and atmosphere.
Dark Souls is actually very good with it's world building.
Morrowind is fantastic, though not exactly "medieval".
Mount and Blade is absolutely great, especially with mods.
Gothic 1/2 are solid too. Fairly boring world, but well realized.
And I'm hoping that the Kingdom Come: Deliverance will stay true to it's name and delivers what they promised.
