How are you enjoying Pirate's Curse?
Last thread >>268845067
My body wasn't ready.
My mind wasn't ready.
I don't think any part of me was ready for this.
Game confirmed for GOTY for gameplay, story, dialogue and harem girls all over the fucking place
ok, 11/10 game
jesus fuck, the muh levels of dick are off the charts and in another fucking dimension.
are those shantae's extra outfits?
though looking again, riskys fits her boobs, if they were all one size then she would be spilling out.
I was not prepared for this.
I think there's some merit to Wii U if you get to see >>268963229 in HD.
>Not 2D Boobs
That being said, enjoy those 3D boobs for the both of us anon.
>Shantae came out today
>Bayo 2 comes out tomorrow
>Already bought Shantae today and now have all 3 Shantae games on my 3DS
>Bayo 2 comes out tomorrow and already paid off the preorder
My body(and dick) is so fucking ready. Can't wait for HGH.
This entire section, fucking diamonds the whole way through. Also, really great place to easily max out your money.
>Just loaded up the game
>Have my 3DS plugged into my speakers
>New Game/Continue Screen
>Remix of the load screen from Risky's Revenge
Based Wayforward and Jake Kaufman
>new Shantae today
>my copy of Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus also arrived today
My dick wasn't prepared. Those two girls stripping down to their swimsuits on the first island already gave me a diamond dick.
You know what's sad?
I know some in /v/ hate the guy
but they also know he does good music
old threads we downloaded songs and all since he gives away the OSTs he works for free
Last thread I was remembering that today he was going to release Pirate's Curse OST after streaming and got called a marketer
What's going on? Does /v/ hate free stuff and somewhat good vidiya music now?
I couldn't care less if he's gay or whatever. His music is 11/10 every time.
And I personally buy his soundtracks off his site just to show support.
Still has to translated.
Send to Nintendo after that.
Needs to get rating.
At this rate. Europe gets the 3DS version when the Wii-U version comes out in the US.
Is the Wii-U version gonna have the visuals of half-genie hero? Or is it just gonna look like an upscaled version of what it is now?
He makes okay stuff. I guess on top of the fact that he's a hipster, he doesn't have a very likable personality.
He comes off as sorta self centered. Plus he fucking hates meeting new people. Faggot blocked me the moment I met him all because I caught him at a bad time.
>"That woman over there looks just like the nefarious pirate Risky Boots! Well, minus the hat. She could be anybody."
Where the hell do you live? AUS?
Tax was only 1.76
>Saliva Island music
I need this OST already.
Shantae in the pirate bandana was great.
From the new Kickstarter update.
From the update:
Friends and foes, draw your bows, thar Curse goes!
Hellooooooooo Tinkerbackers and Shantaerians!
It’s a landmark day for Shantae Fans! We've got so much stuff to share we're fit to burst! First off, let's look at a few more denizens of Sequin Land!
It's really exciting for us to see classic characters that have been around since the Gameboy Color, re-imagined in a whole new way! These are all work in progress images and therefore are subject to change. We can't wait to see them all in action!
Speaking of action, remember the Archer enemy design some of you voted on? Well now she’s been animated and is ready to be put in the game, tested, then on to cleanup and coloring. Have a look for yourself!
For those not familiar with the process of “traditional” character animation, it goes like this: We create a character design, rough out the main (or key) poses needed for a particular action, and then add rough inbetween frames until the timing is what we’re looking for and the movement is nice and smooth. In the case of 2D gaming, we also remove any frames that would delay responsiveness, which is why you won’t see our hero characters anticipating before they jump.
We choose to abandon some classic animation rules in favor of better gameplay...for us, gameplay always comes first! We use this approach with hand drawn animation because once it’s done, there’s no going back! Wish our animation team luck...they’ve got several thousand drawings ahead of them. Then clean up. Then color. Then they’re done (phew!). Well, after any revisions. And visual effects and shadows. And then possibly some more cuts to improve gameplay slightly. Remember kids! Throwing away your hard work for the benefit of the audience is a badge of honor!!
That's probably plenty of cool stuff, right?
We’re going to go out on a limb here - -but you’d probably be glad to hear that Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse (3DS) is now available in the North American Nintendo eShop!
This caused some confusion with the general public, being that it’s another Shantae game in the mix. But yes, this is the game you saw featured on the cover of Nintendo Power in 2012, and no – it’s not the Kickstarter project that you backed. As you may already know, Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse was well into development before we kickstarted Half-Genie Hero, with initial design beginning in 2010, development starting in 2012, and the game launching just today in North America. If you’d like to experience the handheld Shantae Series “part 3”...then today is the day! The game is on sale on the North American Nintendo 3DS eShop for $19.99, and you can see more at at WayForward.com.
The 'Curse crew' is still hard at work though! They're translating Shantae and the Pirate's Curse (3DS) into a number of other languages so she'll be sailing to Europe ASAP, and onto the Nintendo Wii U for North America and Europe this Winter!!
Last, we’d like to share this wonderful message from Inti Creates President and CEO Takuya Aizu and his team of talented artists.
For those who haven’t checked out Azure Striker Gunvolt, head over to the eShop now!
The story is pretty light, so it's not a huge deal, but Pirate's Curse is a direct sequel to the events of Risky's Revenge. You'll be kind of lost in the story and wont get some of the references and how everyone knows eachother.
so how am I supposed to get past these rising states to the platform on the left side
>Run Run Rottytops
Heh, this music is awesome. Just gotta jump over--oh, its one hit kill. Okay, thats fine. Just keep going, watch out for the spi--aw dammit, missed the timing. Okay, here are some mummies, they--damn! Fuckers are fast! No, let me jump over--no--damn--ARRRRGH!
Good music, though.
>"Hey man. Nice tunes."
>HOLY SHIT GET OUT OF MY FACE WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?
But then again, you could just be socially inept. So, this may all seem normal to you.
>see /v/ thread about Shantae being released
>was never really excited for it or followed it at all
>decide what the hell and buy it
>filling the pool
>he has his own fucking defense force
A fun 2 days.
All of Shantae's B moves can be charged, while being held Shantae continues her dance until full charged where she transforms and uses the attack. Falls slow when dancing in the air.
B: Monkey Bullet - Can be aimed
<>B:Mermaid Bubble - just a projectile
vB: Elephant - Used in in the air uses Elephant Stomp, on the ground is Elephant Charge
^B: Harpy: Fly upwards, can flap to gain height, attacking will use the claws.
Final Smash: Risky bombards the stage with her ship cannons.
