I've been hearing good things about Bayonetta 2. With the good reviews out, it's gotten me a bit hyped for it and the Wii U in general.. Convince me to buy the game for someone who's new to the genre and the Bayonetta series in general.

I'm able to run every console port I've come across in 4k downsampling at higher than 60fps on a 760, which is cheaper and less powerful than either the 970 or 980. 2) too much ammo
3) controls
4) QTE to the max

I love TLoU but that's blatantly untrue. RE4 has more interesting enemies and weapons, which leads to some more diverse and unique gameplay scenarios. Also, despite the fact so many people hate the tank controls I think there's a lot of merit to them.

I don't get it, if it has the same gameplay as Bayo 1, and though the story is a bit improved over the first it's still not that good, how is it getting 10/10? Did Nintendo sunk so low as to pay for reviews because they are dying as a company?
