Fighting Ness as Rosalina is fucking hilarious. PK Fire is useless if the Luma is in the way, and he can't recover because you can use Gravitational Pull to eat his PK Thunder projectile.

Yes. It's faster, the hitbox is bigger and it lasts for awhile. If you do it right, you can PK Thunder juggle people that don't realize they should just trade with it instead of trying to dodge it.

How can you even complain about Ness? He's pretty much always been low tier to the point where you can ONLY play him one way. Also their projectiles have huge recovery times so if you're complaining about spam you'd have to be mentally retarded.
