Is it really pandering or dangerous if a game about crazy psychic aliens and shit has a character that doesn't identify as a normal gender?
They've had gender ambiguous characters in anime and video games before. This is just going a step further and avoiding the overused "Wait, is that a guy or a girl?" joke.
If they can't spell the word "he" properly, it can't have good gameplay. If the red squiggle under "xe" when using spellcheck wasn't enough to get them to fix a simple error, I sincerely doubt they'd spend time making a functional game.
Yes, the enemy who has a giant fucking crystal dick and labia is SJW pandering. It was probably the same in the Japanese version with newhalf being used somewhere.
That said, the localization is shit anyway for talking out most of the goddamn dialogue.
Who cares. They used a "proper" pronoun, maybe first game ever to do so, and no one trying to push them even fucking noticed except a single tumblr post.
Also the bigender is killed by a religious fanatic anyway.
Great, I wanted to play Azure Strike Gunvolt until now
Everyone will just look at this now and think "Pft, whatever it's just one video game".
Look at fucking Sweden. This is our future as a whole, and we laid the groundwork for xem to use. Congrats.
No mistake made. Xe is a (stupid sounding) new gender neutral pronoun.
Honestly, the Japanese got this shit down long ago since they have gender neutral pronouns for gender ambiguous characters (i.e. Crona from Soul Eater).
Probably because this is the same level of shit as L'cie and Fal'Cie in FF13.
"XE" just simply does not compute as a synonym for he, and never will. Why they push this I don't understand.
By which you mean completely offensive miss.
They fucking cut out half of it because they couldn't be bothered to translate it, least they have to delay the game a couple of months.
Ooh, the humanity.
Also gets killed by a religious freak before you ever get to fight.
>shit game shoehorns in SJW bullshit in order to get attention
Inafune wouldn't be able to market Mighty Gunvolt then.
I'm glad he's FINALLY speaking out about Akira Kitamura though. After years of taking credit.
It's really just the main way the Zero series differentiates itself from the other MM series, like ZX and its open world-esque design. Each subseries has its own unique thing; ASG simply feels like a spin on the Zero series.
What's wrong with "they"?
I mean seriously I'm not trying to be cheeky I thought they/them was a completely fine and appropriate gender-neutral pronoun.
Xe/xir just sounds like an alien and it looks stupid
If it had anything to do with SJW, you wouldn't be fighting and then killing said person.
I do want to know who localize Gunvolt though, because they shouldn't be hired for how lazy they fucking are.
You pronounce, and spell, it "their", and adhere to the rules of the English language that were written down many centuries ago.
I don't get why we need a new word when there's an old one already in use.
It doesn't make the game bad. Now, if the game actually does suffer in some way because of SJW pandering then you can complain. But getting mad about negligible shit like this just adds fuel to the fire.
I can honestly see a small amoutn of validity in bigender butthe XE XI XO XUM shit needs to fucking stop.
if you want to identify as something like fucking "bigender" then take both he and she or neither.
Ohhhh I get it, the translator was fuck ass lazy and slapped a xe there... Ok now I get it. I was confused because the OP made it sound like some stupid political correctness bullshit/
This ain't the death of vidya, it's the exact opposite.
Remember how we always tell SJW to fuck off and make their own games? Well, apparently they're doing that now!
If it rules, good for all of us. If it only speaks for a niche audience, well, good for them. Broadening the media is a good thing. If it sucks? Well, then they'll hopefully shut up (a little) and won't pester vidya developers anymore to make shit for them ; because now they proved that a) their concepts don't work and b) even themselves couldn't pull that shit off.
Seriously, you're all being a bit too touchy here. You sound whinier than the SJW themselves. Think about that.
There's many lines between pandering, including and tossing shit out for no real reason.
This is the last of those. They were like,
>Hey, y'know what could be cool. If this guy was a guy and a girl... And had a crazy crystal want and tail.
Then the translation team got it and was like,
>Shit, this character keeps switching gender what do we call it?
>How about they?
>No, wait, it's supposed to be one person. And it's all sci-fi and shit. How about Xe?
>Fuck it, why not.
Really, the use of it isn't indicative of an agenda overtaking all games.
That's the same as crazy feminists saying including female enemies are indicitive of games being violent against women.
The laziness is more about how they opted out of translating most of the game, giving us another Battle and Chase localization, but yeah. The line was most likely there in the Japanese version too.
>There are people on /v/ who are against Gamergate and yet still don't realize it's to prevent shit like this
It'd be like if you were watching Star Wars, and they suddenly introduced magic. It's completely illogical in something that has its own rules and logic.
Nah, but seriously, 'xe' as a term only seems to exist in academia and Tumblr. If it were widespread, it wouldn't affect immersion.
Great SJW discussion or whatever the fuck, but I just want to take this post to say that Nova was right.
As long as they put it in the game because they want to.
If they were pressured into it, then it's bad.
If others are pressured to do the same thing, then that's bad.
People should be make whatever the fuck they want.
>It'd be like if you were watching Star Wars, and they suddenly introduced magic
I'll tell you what. Just don't say that ever again in front of a hardcore SW fan.
i was reading xir article on culture war because i stalk sarkeesians feed
who cares for her hits, just crossread it. im chilling on ipad watching hitler documentary on tv, i can screencap it
they call the characte something along the lines of transgendered person but they do not use a pronoun so it would probably sound like this in english
"the transgendered person leads a team of hunters"
most likely it was considered to offensive to be written like that in english so they used the sjw safe word xe, who did the translation anyway same people who are doing mighty no 9s, if so then yeah that would explain it, not saying they hould have called him tranny in english, but xe is just fucking stupid
I'm having a hard time understanding why we give a fuck
This was clearly a choice the dev made, they weren't forced into this shit or anything. Is it moronic? Yes. But it's also minor as fuck.
>watching hitler documentary on tv
Shiiiiit they still have those? I thought History channel went to reality tv hell years ago, or is it some other channel?
This is in part related to that. Basically, by being one of the few games to do shit like this (using pronouns, including "diverse" characters) you get free publicity for nothing.
Look at who the English Twitter account for the game is following.
Of course it has, but when do you see a word being replaced for no reason? The word "beer" has been around for, what, a thousand year or more? I honestly have no idea when they started make it. The point is, no brewery ever pushed to replace the word "beer" with some random shit like "xeer", in a confused attempt to get non-beer drinkers to start drinking it.
I'm sure that's what it implied.
Also, funfact: SJW got pissed off at fanartists drawing Satan from Devilman, because Satan is a hermaphrodite. Satan wasn't necessarily a badguy mind you.
>There are people who legitimately being referred to as fucking thon
Then give me a single example that is. Because I know words can change their meaning, and I am well aware that new words pop up, but I can't recall a single time a word has been replaced without a reason.
Wouldn't the default gender neutral pronoun for someone you don't know the gender of be "they?"
Are these characters familiar enough with each other that they would actually not only exchange pronouns, but respect each other enough to use the correct ones? It seems like the localization team is taking some liberties that would confuse most people for brownie points from people that don't like video games.
I'm glad I didn't buy this and just bought some Megaman games instead if they're going to put that stupid shit in the game. Also it's only, supposedly, around 6 hours long anyway.
>3 results found
>no results found
You guys understand it's a joke, right? In context it's very clearly depicting non-binary genders as part of the collapse of civilization.
It being six hours long doesn't really bother me, as it's only $15 and comes with a free game, but I cannot and will not get over the fact they gutted the game's dialogue.
I was going to buy it, but I got Ace Attorney 5 instead.
Is it ksi or zi?
Also if in a game there was an alien/robot with both a penis and a vagina, wouldn't it be ok even for you, the anti-social justice warriors, to use xe, instead of it?
I know you hate trans people for "reasons".
Japanese actually has separate words for many situations, and in this case they're often used when a gender is either unknown, or especially in writing when you want to keep a gender mysterious. This kind of language difference is common. A good example to read about for language-specific writing tools is Kafka's Metamorphosis, where he frequently writes in German in a way where the ass-end of the sentence can completely change the rest of the sentence that's not really replicable in English.
English has an ambiguous pronoun in "it", but it's never really been considered appropriate to use it for people other than infants or when referring to yourself (it's me). So it would come across as an insult in English to use for an adult, despite the fact it's technically correct.
I wouldn't really worry about all this xe/xir stuff though. There have been several attempts to introduce new pronouns to English for many many years for various reasons, and none have gained any traction. Pronouns are one of the most basic and most important aspects of language, and people in general simply will not adopt new ones for extremely rare cases.
>Thon means fucking Tuna in english and that's how we qualify a ugly bitch here in France
>they are a trans gendered person
>Sally is a transgender person
i personally dislike using "they" cause its plural but whatever makes a person happy i guess. luckily i dont have to say that shit in real life, i'd feel like an idiot
>Not a fucking alien
emphasis on the fucking
Damn Tara's got a nice rack, I think I'm in love.
>Acting like transgender people are hermaphrodites is like, the oldest insult to them in the book.
This is also hilarious, from Greg Costikyan's "Gamersgate: STFU" article where he said he'd fight off anyone criticizing women with a katana:
>4. My friend, Dan Bunten, a seminal figure in early PC gaming, who decided he was a woman, and after extensive surgery, became Danielle Bunten Berry.
These people can't do anything right
Oh yeah, some hipster bitch who works as a moderator on a forum totally put in a pronounce when the Japanese version of a game, developed by a company she's not even related to, makes a game like this suddenly awful. She's totally going to ruin MN9 too, not Inafune who's a well known fucking hack. MN9 is going to suck with or without her.
Nigga, I already said I was going to buy it, but I got AA5 instead. I couldn't pass on the sale they had. Target has eshop cards on sale this week too, so I really have no excuse not to buy the game.
>They are a transgender person
Yes, that's how it works. When you don't know someone's gender, the correct way to refer to them in a gender neutral way is to refer to the person as a group. A group of one. They are a person.
No, "it" is not a gender neutral singular pronoun, it is a pronoun for a thing or literal object. An idea or concept is also a thing, so you can refer to them as an "it" when talking about one. "They" is a pronoun for groups, both for things and people, which doesn't use gender.
OP, if you think some flash or indie game or whatever having some gender thing in it means that video games ar destroyed as a medium you REALLY need help, though suicide would probably be a better route for you since you'll soon realize life is ruined because a gay person is alive somewhere.
>well, what do you can someone who is both female and male and can change at will?
Do what they did with Ranma 1/2?
>Ok now I get it. I was confused because the OP made it sound like some stupid political correctness bullshit/
Or maybe the translated could have just been a SJW fuck who decided that it would be worth it if their particular retarded term for mentally ill defects was propagated...
It's correct to use "he or she" when you don't know someone's gender, not "they".
"They" has only come into use because lazy and ignorant people have hijacked the English language.
History Channel (in the US anyway) is fucking awful.
>Ice Road Truckers
>Ancient Aliens (which is at least great to rag on and see dumb shit people believe)
>Other dumb shit.
Not sure if they're still just running those; been a while since I watched. Only really remotely historical show on there last I recall was American Pickers, if only because you can see some neat stuff and get some interesting history on the items in question (without watching some guys try to screw people over at a pawn shop). Wish they'd show more actual history, and not just as holiday specials.
I think the last time I really enjoyed watching anything there was one summer many years back, where they did some weeklong marathon on human sacrifice across various cultures.
How is Zero Collection anyhow? Does it handle well with the increase in buttons compared to the GBA originals?
But that's the thing. They're such special snowflakes, such brave people that dares to be different and stand up for what they are, that they just need to have a specific word to refer to them, and only them, that's annoying to pronounce and hard to remember. And you're the asshole for not using it.
>Does it handle well with the increase in buttons compared to the GBA originals?
Doesn't really come in to play except different buttons to map the functions to. The games look very nice on the DS screen and the 3DS one especially.
>first the jewery with those Smash figurines
>now tumblr pronouns in 3DS exclusives
How can anyone still claim Nintendo isn't just as cancerous as Sony and Microsoft at this point?
I seriously don't have a problem at all with a neutral gendered pronoun for the english language. But the word they're trying to force is so fucking horrible. It's so frustrating.
It's like if they wanted to paint a house with a nondescript, unassuming colour, and went with the most obnoxious unusual one they could. It goes directly against what the word should be for.
The only thing the extra buttons do is let you map one of the existing buttons to X or Y.
Other than that, it doesn't use the full DS screen size for the games, you see art for the bosses on the bottom screen (unlocked afterwards in a gallery), you can unlock the cards for MMZ3, and to unlock everything you'll have to play through the stupidly easy easy mode at least once.
How the fuck do you pronounce 'Xe'? If it wasn't tied to all this social justice special snowflake bollocks, I'd think it was a pretty cool new made-up lexicon for a cyberpunk universe.
I'm willing to buy that jacked-in hacks with no gender on their cyberform use it as a term because of anonymity, but the real-world political applications are fucking stupid
>he hates amiibos
Do you also love the cock, you gigantic faggot?
/v/ making a mountain out of a molehill again, it seems
The character is neither a he or a she. Calling the character an 'it' would of dehumanized the character. Not sure about the story, but it would of been in the translator's best interest to try and keep the character as 'human' as possible
And Xe is not some tumblr word that was invented last week. It was being used as early as the 70's
To be fair, the poster in OP's pic is a retard. This is not about 'gender-neutral representation'....it's about using the correct pronoun for a character who literally has no gender, even in the japanese version
>I'm assuming Xe is a name.
That's what everyone who isn't completely delusional will do
I mean come the fuck on
These people should get a serious ass whooping to set them straight for fucks sake
Huh. Might have to look into picking up a copy. Especially since last I checked used copies of the GBA originals where I live were costing about four times the price of a sealed copy of the DS collection.
The character is later described as "having a socket for every plug and a plug for every socket"
It's not about appropriate representation of an ambiguous gender, it's a joke
IT'S A JOKE
Seriously does anyone have the screencap of people from Inafune's crapshoot of a company saying Dina's agenda would not be forced into their games, and that she was a community manager, not a writer or otherwise, when it was proven her boyfriend WAS in a position of power in the translation team?
Like, yeah, if you want to make a gender neutral pronoun, that's fine and all, but why the fuck do you have to use letters like x and z? If you want it to be a natural and common place pronoun that won't get ridiculed, don't use the most uncommon letters you possibly can so you can keep your special snowflake status. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
What's the problem here. I played though the entire game and never noticed that. I guess I noticed when the character referred to one of the boses as having both male/female parts but even that was one sentence.
Chill out /v/. This is hardly pandering.
>THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE XE OR IT
Or they. Just say they, the same as if you don't know the gender of someone to begin with because you never met them. See what I just did? Them and they is acceptable and has been used in proper English since the middle ages.
Xe is not a word at all - it's not a tumblr word or a word 'from the 70s'. It is simply not a word. It's made up bullshit, saying something doesn't make it a word. FURHRGURHGUG isn't a word just because I've used it now.
The "correct pronoun" for a character with absolutely no gender is they or it, neither of those dehumanize anything.
And this, this is bullshit;
>it's about using the correct pronoun for a character who literally has no gender, even in the japanese version
In Japan they simply leave out the honorific. That's it. You never say "he" or "she" in Japanese to begin with. Staying androgynous in Japanese media is very easy because the language doesn't USE PRONOUNS IN THE FIRST PLACE so don't sit there saying it's the "same in Japanese" you stupid fucking piece of shit.
Do we have confirmation of this? Because if people found this in context before they found it out of context like we have here, it sounds like it would have gotten the exact opposite reaction.
So you used elves huh?
Just use fucking it
Let's not be so fucking thinskinned for fucks sake and stop thinking about if it would hurt it's feeeeeeeelings
Christ these people need to just end themselves
Anyone with half a mind doesn't give a shit. I don't give a shit if "xe" is used in a game and I don't give a shit if ecchi games exist (I'll play stuff like Dead or Alive anyway). That's how it should be.
It's still an explicitly derogatory depiction of non-binary gender. And that also implies that acknowledging the legitimacy of preferred pronouns is a component of a dystopian future.
So tumblr should not feel good about this and /v/ should not lose its shit over this.
>I can jack off to ben10 then
what stopped you before?
>You'll never rub those tits while she does the Twilight voice
Why even live man
So, what gender does "Xe" or any of these other bullshit pronouns even relate to? I've gotten plenty of examples of pronouns, but none of these tumblr fucksticks can seem to actually say what they refer to.
Zonda was meant to be funny, and not taken seriously. Zonda is pretty much just another mock, like Viddy Nancy in Battle Network. I mean, Zonda was a horny fuck even in death, screaming in pleasure and how well Copen was killing.
Ae = Retarded
Be = Be, Bee
Ce = See, Sea
De = Sure
Ee = Retared
Fe = Iron, Fee, Fey
Ge = Gee, Gay
He = Whoops
Ie = Retarded
Je = Sure
Ke = Key, Kay
Le = Lee, Lay
Me = Nope
Ne = Nee could work, but not Nay.
Oe = Retarded
Pe = Pee, Pay
Qe = Key, Kay, Quee is just Queer and Quays are for boats.
Re = Already in use
Se = See C
Te = Tee, Tea, Tay
Ue = Retarded
Ve = Sure
We = Already in Use
Xe = Sure
Ye = Sure
Ze = Sure
So it's either D, J, V, X, Y, or Z.
X and Z can both make the same sound of Zee and X is frequently used in situations where information is not fully available.
So what exactly is the problem besides you being a fuckhead about it?
It is. I've heard social justice-y speakers try and talk about people using "Xe/Xir" but I've never met a gender neutral person who actually goes by them or expects others to do so. Also this shit's been done before.
>Because if people found this in context before they found it out of context like we have here, it sounds like it would have gotten the exact opposite reaction.
There's a fundamental flaw in your argument that you're assuming these people actually played the game and didn't just find the screencap somewhere.
why would you think of anything but the character
thats pretty fucked up dude
Gtfo you tumblrfag
>it will hinder my original character donutsteal
There is nobody who will give a fuck other than a 1% of autist sperglords like you guys
I bet you watch animeys and have waifus
and? Good for them. But when localizing games you need to take into account what you are trying to convey. No one here mind being called a giant cocksucking faggot, but it doesn't mean it's perfectly fine to use giant cocksucking faggot instead of something like idiot.
I bet you kiss girls homo.
>it's a mouthful
That's a lazy complaint. It's still the proper way to do it, "they" has come into use as a singular personal pronoun simply because people are too lazy to do it properly.
>doesn't apply to most of the people who want a not "he" or "she" pronun
Do people have a right to bend language to suit their agendas?
>So what's the reasoning behind having a zillion of them if they're wildcards?
Nobody can agree on what gender is or what about gender is most important or what the goals of new pronouns should really be.
Even people fighting for social justice causes can't agree on this shit.
Both at the same time.
Maybe more than one of each.
I don't see what the problem is. The character of Zonda, which the pronouns are used for, has an ambiguous gender. You're not supposed to know if its a man or a woman. If the game refereed to the person as an "it" it would sound like the characters are trying to insult the person. Which would be a bad translation. Xe/Xir might sound weird, but what the fuck else are they supposed to do. English doesn't have gender neutral pronouns.
I was able to get a download code just to play Mighty Gunvolt, and honestly, that's all I really wanted. A download code for a free game; but Mighty Gunvolt was so disappointing, it convinced me that not even Azure Striker Gunvolt is worth paying for.
I like inti, but I don't want to pay for anything that 8-4 Play touched. After what happened with the Mighty No. 9 shitstorm, I just don't want to deal with any of it. 8-4 Play's intentionally shitty translation for Mighty Gunvolt was so fucking cringe worthy that I don't want to pay for more of that kind of "humor".
I don't care about that anymore.
But, not giving a shit was what got us into this mess that /v/ is facing right now; at least now people are starting to voice their concerns en masse and it's finally having an effect, so power to them.
Mighty Gunvolt could have been MUCH better, and I'm afraid that Mighty No. 9 and Azure Striker Gunvolt will be on the same boat.
When the fuck did Inafune start calling himself "INAFKING"?
holy shit, you fucking sperglords. It's an accurate pronoun for the character in question. Using he, she, or even it, would have possibly thrown off the translation
you fags just hate seeing it because HUR MUH TUMBLR
>That's a lazy complaint.
People are lazy. If you want something to catch on, it has to be easy. It's basically the only thing "xe" has going for it.
>Do people have a right to bend language to suit their agendas?
The people who actually would use a gender neutral pronoun shouldn't have a say in if it resembles them or not?
It's not an alien though. It's an adept. Basically a human with magic powers. In the context of the screenshot in the OP, the girl who refers to Zonda as Xe works as the adjutant for a group that tries to end the abuse that adepts had to endure at the hands of the game's antagonist. It wouldn't be fitting of her character to call zonda an it, villain or not, as she is possibly an adept herself.
Personally I think a they would have worked. No reason for that Xe shit at all, but at the end of the day it's understandable
>fe, fi, fo and fum.
Are you a wizard ?
Yup, there it goes.
I stopped caring.
Guess it's old games for the rest of my life for me.
>The people who actually would use a gender neutral pronoun shouldn't have a say in if it resembles them or not?
Those people shouldn't fucking exit ffs
It's special snowflake taken to an extreme
Always. It was to abbreviate his name since you could only fit so much on the screen.
Also, I don't understand 8-4.
>translated Drakengard 3
>translated Shadows of the Damned, TWICE
>translates the Soulcalibur games
>yet pulls shit like this
What you experienced is what I expect a lot of other people to think and then there will never be an Azure Striker Gunvolt sequel.
Might was indeed shit and probably put together in a week.
Azure is a great and well designed action game though. Get Azure.
Oh I absolutely loved it, I wish there was more of it, but it's fairly short and also
That ending.Where can I get the art for this game anyways. Those boss adepts are fuckin neat.
I'd love a game based on the Knights of Cydonia video. Kung Fu Cowboys with laser guns and the ability to not take itself seriously would be awesome fun
>If you want something to catch on, it has to be easy.
Even if it's easy, it's not right. I realize that language evolves but this is annoying devolution. People put absolutely no value in being well spoken.
>The people who actually would use a gender neutral pronoun shouldn't have a say in if it resembles them or not?
No, I don't think they should.
Should a person who for whatever reason doesn't want to be called "human" have the right to go around chastising people for using the proper word to describe them?
Language is something that belongs to everyone, people shouldn't just be able to hijack it and tell people to use it the way they want it to be used just because they feel like it.
These people have it right. Remember how one of our points against SJWs has always been "Why don't you make a game if you want it so bad"? Let them make it how they want, and don't buy it if you don't like it. Fuck, you guys all sound like Tumblr in arms over Dragons Crown. Chill the fuck out and don't buy it and move on.
He's called himself INAFKING since the eighties. I pretty sure since the first Mega Man.
And are you really judging a game you haven't played yet because of a jokey 8-bit demake of it included for free for an early purchase? You're an idiot. Play the game, it's really good.
This is literally the only 3DS game I'm jelly of (already played FE:A and BD before giving my old one away)
What are the chances of it getting a Vita/PC port?
Shitposting on /v/. Btw is The Last of Us the greatest game of all time?
Calling something a Xe sounds so alienating, If delusional freaks wanna identify as something other than human that's cool with me. How long until these things start doing some sick surgeries to their bodies and we start seeing lizard people walking around?
Azure Striker Gunvolt and yes. It's like a Mega Man X or Mega Man Zero game but with an emphasis on destroying multiple enemies at once to get a high score and without getting hit.
Seriously, what is wrong with using "they". I understand that SJW's find it offensive for some goddamn reason, but why? It exists as a gender neutral word already, do they seriously need special snowflake points by creating their own fake stupid sounding words?
So he's a ripoff of Zohar? Was Inafune hoping if he went obscure enough, nobody would notice?
Well, Mighty Gunvolt is the first title I've played where I see him credited as "Inafking" instead of "Inafune" or "Inafune Keiji". It was just so weird seeing, but like I said, that shitstorm that happened last year really pissed me off and I lost a some respect for him. Plus there's that whole issue with Comcept not making Gunvolt available to everyone.
I can like his games, but I don't have to like him. Not that I really praised him in the first place anyways.
Fucking 8-4, man. I just wish they weren't involved.
It looks interesting, gameplaywise, but Azure Striker isn't very high on my list of games to buy right now. So even if I was to buy it regardless of what I thought of Comcept, it wouldn't even be soon anyways.
You can write around using pronouns by referring to the character with job/combat titles ("the blacksmith" or "the archer"), regional origins ("the American"), known visual cues ("straw hat"), etc. It doesn't have to sound forced if you do it well, and people won't even notice the gender is missing.
Only if you have no understanding or grasp on the extremely basic fundamentals English. This isn't some high level pretentious way of speaking. "They" in this context is something you (see how you doesn't literally mean you, but 'you' the person I'm speaking to? wow, truly confusing, just like they!) should have no problem grasping after kindergarten.
I don't mind they, I don't mind xe. People should be mad if they had used they, people shouldn't be mad because they used xe.
Everybody has sand up their manginas lately, so much bitching over nothing.
>Should a person who for whatever reason doesn't want to be called "human" have the right to go around chastising people for using the proper word to describe them?
why the fuck not? who gives a shit? if someone want's to do that, they can go ahead, and you can just ignore them for being an annoying cunt, and whoever is willing to put up with that shit can.
>Language is something that belongs to everyone
and because it belongs to everyone, anyone is allowed to request it be used in a manner that makes them comfortable.. What, do you bitch about people who ask you not to swear in front of them too?
you can oversimply any fucking game like that
gunvolt is an awesome game.
probably one of the best games to come out this year.
a fucking game fucking finally, a game that feels like a game, not all these shitty experiments that all other companies throw at us
oh sweet cunting fuck, I can't believ how retarded this is
Who cares? Is the gameplay good? That's what you should care about.
8-4 localized this, same people who are tied to Mighty failure 9
they also cut a good chunk of story centric dialogue from the localization as well as 99% of the voice
honestly not that great of a game
