>XCOM: Enemy Unknown
>the enemy is clearly aliens
>Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
>You don't play as an old man telling stories to his grandkids
>you start with full health
>Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
>it's not the PC port
And they expect us to take it seriously.
What if... you were half health, until you picked up the suit? I mean the suit does add health, since it starts beeping for lacerations after 25 hp or so, which means a few pistol rounds.
>The game has sound and does not take place on a hill
>post-apocalyptic game featuring zombies
>the characters call them walkers, zeds, the walking dead
>anything BUT "zombie"
>You don't explore the galaxy
>It's pretty civil and in-line
I never understood how anyone could give a fuck about how they call their zombies.
Besides it's hard to explain without paying too much attention to it, why 'zombie' would be a established word to descrie this plague.
>John Woo Presents: Stranglehold
>there is no way to strangle people
>you are never strangled
>John Woo only presents stuff you can buy at the bar
>you don't create celestial plasma spheres
>the game is not about choosing your own destiny
who said i want to blow up alien
>Metal gear solid: Phantom pain
>the pain is truly real
Zombies don't exist in The Walking Dead, in regards to fiction. You'll notice Glen says he use to play portal 2 and not left 4 dead 2 or something. He's never like "THIS IS JUST LIKE MUH VIDYA GAMES".
But yeah I liked that scene in Shaun of the Dead
>Risk of Rain
>there is no risk of rain, because it never rains
>however it does rain of the final level. However, this isn't a RISK of rain, it will ALWAYS rain on the final level. Therefore it is a guarantee.
Fuck you chucklefish.
>only one problem
Is that you, Burch
Do your homework, anon.
But how is that a risk.
Risk = chance of
That's not a fucking chance. The ship DID crash, and everyone DID fall out. It's not a fucking risk.
>it's the third game of the series
>zombie game/movie/book/play/radio drama/cave murals
>"what are these things?"
>EU has frame rate issues on consoles
>my toaster that runs rust at 15 frames can get a solid 30 on EU
>"consoles are for real gamers!"
>zombies are called walkers, clickers, grabbers, ect
We call them Zombies because movies started to use this expression some time after Remero...it's not a english word, it's from the philipines or Africa or some shit referring to when they drug people to make them their slaves.
In a alternative movie world without this popcultural reference it's hard to justify the wide use of this expression.
Oh i thought you were talking about explaining why NOT use the word. Because let's face it, all zombie apocalypses are about our response to it. Well, part off our response would be to call them naturally zombies.
>No wolves and no Einstein in the games
Not really? It cuts off after the word biggest in parenthesis.
>the resident aren't demons but clearly a biologic threat
Actually there was an ancient race called the endless, so the game is about playing in 'endless space' as in space of the endless.
However, the endless were actually endless because they ascended or some shit.
>max payne 3
>the protagonist experiences a lot of pain
>it's the third in a decent trilogy
Feels good to have a title that actually describes what the game contains. Get on my level.
>is not a far cry from generic fps games at all
>The warriors do indeed, die nasty
>XCOM : Enemy Within
>You clearly aren't the enemy
The title is ironic because you're killing thousands of monsters that escaped from your ship, each has a chance to insta-gib you later on, rain is the last of your concerns so there is a "Risk of Rain"
> counter Strike: Global Offensive
> 10v10 max global do not offense
> Red Faction: Guerilla
> not even one monkey
> Crash Bandicoot: Warped
> crash does not appear to be distorted
> Battlefield 3
>no fields, only metro/lockdown
> Ace Combat 5
> no aces or combat, only a nugget eating simulator
Not clearly, you're required to do research on them to fully know what you're facing with.
>being this autistic
>you don't construct buildings using someone's vital organs
>The tournament is quite real
Except it's not, because it's a videogame
Well it was a "guild vs guild" and HA was a bigger part of the PvP scene anyway.
I know the game's name came from the background lore but I've already forgotten what it was about and whether it even had any meaning at all to the plot of Prophecies.
