>Delving into the Labyrinth of Chaos
>Join the party of an Elf who's playing on Vita
>She's fairly good at the game and stops to let me cast muh rune magic
>Kinda annoyed that the Vita player just sorta tries to cook for the whole party instead of letting me season and cook my own shit for better bonuses
>Suddenly we're joined by two more Elves
>Now our party is a screaming mess of high pitched japanese and spastic players who do nothing but spam dodge rolls
>Can't even cast rune magic because it's such a mess
>They're rushing through shit so fast they didn't even let me grab a boulder that had spawned
>Join the party of an Elf who's playing on Vita
Your fault for enabling vita.
>our party is a screaming mess of high pitched japanese
Did you set match making for worldwide? That's what happens because you end up with kids in japan.
>Can't even cast rune magic because it's such a mess
There becomes a point where rune magic starts bringing everyone down when you're in a party. Only go for mandatory magic like phoenix incantation/extra item stock.
>There becomes a point where rune magic starts bringing everyone down when you're in a party
no there isn't. Double Score bonus, Enchanted Coin Geyser and Potency and Durability or The True Fist are ALWAYS good. Anyways, you're being a boring cunt if you're rushing the game and ignore such thing.
>Your fault for enabling vita.
I enjoy having a bigger playerbase
>Did you set match making for worldwide? That's what happens because you end up with kids in japan.
None of them were Japanese. You're clearly underesitimate how many retard westerners have done nothing but play Japanese voiced Elf
Meh, I bet you're some sort of nofun faggot from the sounds of it.
>Enchanted Coin Geyser
I guess you don't like extending? Enjoy paying for all dem revivals.
>PaD and TTF
Oh sure let's waste our cooking bonuses and overheals on basic enemies! Fuck using extremely powerful buffs to invalidate them right?
Sweet, A DRAGON'S CROWN THREAD!
Just bought this a few days ago when it was on sale at this mom and pop game store, and I'm enjoying it immensely. The art's really amazing, and those hips on the Fairy. Goddamn.
My Fighter is lvl 14 and I'm going through the story and doing all the side quests, but I was wondering how it's possible to level up the other characters just as quickly. Can I redo the side quests or do I just endlessly grind dungeons with them?
Pretty glad I bought this game.
>Can I redo the side quests or do I just endlessly grind dungeons with them?
Every character has access to all quests.
Video was meh. Not enough cool footage of Dorf wrekkin'. Enjoyed the Sanic bit though
>complaining about diverse skin colors
>liking the most vanilla human-looking Elf
Nah, you don't like Elves, man. Just cock.
And in those shoe related stories they weren't brown people. Stop thinking with your dick.
I'd be okay if it's extensively defended by lore. Tell me they're the mix of a black race and white race? Sure! I'll buy that. But Dragon's Crown has that Black Dwarf and Brown Elf and it's just fucking silly to me. It's just diversity for the sake of diversity. When was the last time you saw an Ebony Dworf who didn't have a faggot name and know NOTHING about playing?
>"Hay guise, I read in dis fantuhsy book that thingz r sopposed 2 b ecsactly this way with know deeveeshun atall!"
>Hey guys in this one book the "dragons" were actually just big crocodiles who didn't even breathe fire or spit any form of projectile weapon
>they were still real dragons though!
You're being silly.
Plenty of stories with dragons who can't fly or breathe fire or have 4 limbs.
They're fantastic creatures. A dragon is a force in a narrative, not something with hardcoded anatomical rules.
Dragons were origionally small, weak creatures, basically highly venomous lizards, and were meant to be pathetic and disgusting. Fire breathing noble beasts are more bullshit than giant crocs.
>Plenty of stories with dragons who can't fly or breathe fire or have 4 limbs.
Dragons requires the following in additon to be reptilian
>Special projectiles or magic
If a dragon scores a 1/3 it's hardly a dragon.
For Elves the requirements are
Same deal. Brown Elves only fit half the rules.
>playing as Sorceress
>party up with a Fighter and a Dwarf
>Dwarf is pretty bro
>Fighter is the shittiest shitter who ever shat a shit
>leaving areas before all the enemies are dead
>never uses his team bonuses
>Ignores the food I make even when hes got one foot in the grave and the room is completely empty
but worst of all
>left a room right after we had Treasure Hunters Friend activated, and the chest was in the midst of spawning while bathed in ethereal light and mystical smoke
>cant leave because I got a 200% point, 150% gold, and 50% treasure rank bonus chain going
You know who you are and I hope you kick a snow drift with a cinder block hidden in it
>think maybe online won't be so bad this time
>join an online room
>reach B boss
>everyone fucking sucks and the fight takes 6 minutes because everyone keeps getting themselves killed like retards
>go back offline
>kill same boss in 30 seconds
He looked like a dog but he had reptilian features and was magical talking and big. You can be a bird dragon if you've got enough of the other requirements ticked off.
Both were big angry niggas
Nobody. I'm just saying Brown Elf is worst Elf. It's the least "accurate" or "canon" and is only loved by people who're thinking with their dicks or ARE that color and feel some faggot need to be the same color inside the game and out. .
Once you beat the intro story once with one character, any other characters you make on that save have the option of skipping right to the talisman hunt and level 15. Also Quests that you have beaten with one character can be skipped by the others, but they only get the skill points, no gold or EXP if they choose to skip them.
Basically power leveling up a new character is a breeze, but if you are only level 14 you probably arnt half way done yet, boss count is about to double
What's it like to be a joyless husk?
Re-posting because I'm still a bit mad about this
>playing dragon's crown
>chain my ass of for almost an hour
>set it up so that I'll be able to feast on Chimera, Kraken AND Kill Rabbit at one meal
>get partied with two retard magic classes
>both brought fire staffs to the Kraken level
>none of them get how to work the cannons in the boat fight
>takes me nearly to the time limit to kill the Kraken solo thanks to their idiocy
>get to camp screen
>shove the rabbit and chimera in a pot and a pan
>player 2 takes the rabbit meat before it's even cooked for two seconds
>dumps it in player 3's bowl
>Player 3 doesn't even eat it
>Try to at least cook my chimera properly
>About to burn but perfectly seasoned
>they stick burnt oysters in my bowl
>my chimera meat is ruined because I can't serve it in time
severe clinical depression is a bitch. I let things like the whole brown elf thing get to me. You guys do nothing but post dumb shit like
>playing anything but delicious brown elf
fucking all day. It's tiresome.
>Quests that you have beaten with one character can be skipped by the others, but they only get the skill points, no gold or EXP if they choose to skip them.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! FUCKING FUCK. I DID ALL THE QUESTS ON FUCKING FOUR DIFFERENT CHARACTERS. FUCKING HELL I FUCKING WANT TO DIE.
I choose to do most of the quests on my characters since for the most part its easy money, especially the later ones. But didn't it tell you you could skip them?
>from an entire fictional mythological universe
>persisting with these angsty aryan sentiments
>dick probably isn't big enough to satisfy a delicious chocolate Elf
>"canonically" Elves are proud of their inherent beauty
>pretty sure Elves wouldn't take too kindly to skin-deep biggotry and insulting the beauty of their people
>Find a "chaos" item for my dwarf
>+50% Rockskin effectiveness
>Rockskin does 50% damage reduction already
Holy shit. I wonder if I could stack these somehow.
>But didn't it tell you you could skip them?
Sure! I always saw the OPTION but I thought to my self
>What kind of jibbering retard would "skip" a skillpoint he can't ever get back?
isn't the TTF buff just mediocre? I remember doing more damage with the weapon than with that buff with amazon.
Also why WOULD'T people rush through the stages, I keep being grouped with idiots that keep wasting durability on enemies that can easily be avoided.
Faster climb, less durablity wasted get it through your heads
Btw does anyone know if knockback and knockdown are separate, or does knockback override knockdown? I don't know if I should focus on both or just one with my Zon, also there are attacks that knock you down no matter what right?
How fast can you power level up a character? only got one character at 134 but I'm interested in playing another...how fast can I get a 15 one to 99 and how do I manage to make them survive on Ultimate??
Rate muh dorf build
>inb4 criticism of Trinket Maniac
Y'all can suck my nuts. At level 10 my gear fucking NEVER wears out. I can use one bag for like 9 fucking levels.
>isn't the TTF buff just mediocre?
Not for a Dwarf. With the rate at which I'm punching with frenzy I'm fucking WRECKING. And it lets Elves finally contribute with their kicks instead of being useless when they need to knock more arrows around
>Also why WOULD'T people rush through the stages
Because it's fun. I'm playing to ENJOY myself. I only skip ghosts and maybe Myconids. I hope we NEVER party together, you'll turn our party into a soulless grind.
>not packing multiple bags for long quests
Are you trying to marathon the game? Slow the fuck down, bro.
And I'm pretty sure they're separate. One causes a wall bounce and one knocks an enemy on their ass.
>isn't the TTF buff just mediocre?
In most cases yes, I used elf in my first playthrough, and pretty much it's a lifesaver when you run out of arrows, mostly when you are in lower levels, also amazon in lower levels could use it too, for the rest it's pretty much shit
>Also why WOULD'T people rush through the stages
Well that's your way to have fun, mine is to go slow and steady and keep an eye for good runes spells like phoenix, double score, PaD and TTF when you are just starting a new character, also mostly of time I've found GOTTA GO FAST faggots they miss stuff like The Skeleton Key room, several chest and Phoenix incantation spells, and they are the first to fall and spend gorillions getting revived or fucking it up in bosses with a gimmick, like the rushing the Wraith instead of picking a torch.
Been meaning to get it one of these days.
How multiplayer focused is it? Like, is it playable in singleplayer but you really need multiplayer to enjoy it like with Borderlands for example?
If you wanna go full lazy and you have two controllers you could simply enter with the new character as player 2 while having your lvl 134 do all the job, you'll probably have to pay sometimes for revives but if you can complete a cicle I'm pretty sure i'll get a good bunch of levels, I've seen people doing that online and it's a pain in the ass, but effective.
>Like, is it playable in singleplayer but you really need multiplayer to enjoy it like with Borderlands for example?
Nah, the single player is just fine.
Often times I find myself thankful for having AI party members instead of real players because they don't fuck up quest conditions or eat all the best food.
>join another Sorceress
>another Sorceress joins
>oh my god, I can't see shit
>oh m y god, t he fram er ate
>he doesnt want to violently fuck a fairy like a crying, fleshy onahole
what are you, gay?
It's playable solo, but there are definitely some spots in the game that are frustrating to do alone with certain classes.
And there's NPC's you can party up with or just use as fodder. But it's really good when you play multiplayer with some good friends or people who aren't fucktarded.
Also I think it's still free on PS+ for PS3 and Vita.
>sadly most dwarves I had played with are people that love rushing and skiping everything.
They're a disgrace to the name. And here I was thinking my class of choice was also generally the most well played/least retarded.
Bro dwarves know to hold stunned elites overhead so the party can pummel them. Bro dwarves toss enemies TOWARDS the group of spamming melee and magic attacks. You haven't seen any yet. That's a shame.
No I'm just not a
sick fucklike you. Not to say I don't have any odd fetishes, but none involve creepy pseudo pedo rape shit.
I'm not one of those dwarves, anon.
>yfw you realized the Red Cap Goblins are based on a specific mythological entity
If you see a Dwarf doing Rock Skin and turning left and right really fast, its me. Real Dorfs dont rush
I have both versions, and I can tell you without a doubt yes. The Vita version has the bonus of the touch screen, but loses out on hot keys and the lag for more than 1 spell on screen is abysmal.
I don't see how that's viable, well it is but it might be very expensive, on ultimate the first revival is 100K and a 15lv character uncontrolled is certain to die at least three times per stage maybe two if you're lucky
So don't fucking do it on ultimate. Go to infernal instead. Ultimate is just stupidly imbalanced shit for us to smash our heads against with the help of all our own stupid imbalanced shit.
dude the fun starts on floor 300 and above when red aura bosses and rare encounters not to mention better loot appears more often, what fun is it to keep fighting the same enemies over and over for NO reason?? I'm still under floor 100
PSN Lifecarrier if you want to avoid me, when I jump into games I try to be considerate and play like the host wants to play though, on my game I'm rushing also because if I get to the edge of the state quicker more enemies will group and become an easier target for power smash.
I'm talking LoC (already done with that) and ToM, there's no skeleton key or OTS runes there...also I rush but I do keep an eye for EIS, TPI, PAD, SBS, treasures, thing is progress fast since ToM upper levels are more fun actually, I hear the bosses even use runes, why wouldn't you wanna get there faster?
You can hot key your equipment in town by by pushing left or right when the item is highlighted.
Vita specifically has no L2 so you have to split your hot keyed items between L and the d-pad/nub.
Also, please tell me you haven't been playing without hot keys?
>Amazon not needing hotkeys
I see you drag down parties then, if there were no hot keys I wouldn't have a free brutal drive and berserk level every 6 seconds, also on bosses how else would you Strong Potion+War Paint+Incite Rage or defense potion, you do need hotkeys with every class.
That said Vita hotkeys are definitely enough, there isn't even enough space in a bag to warrant more than 6 hotkeyed functions
>minmaxer amazon fag who obsesses over 10/10 damage output at all times
You certainly don't need hotkeys to use fucking buff items.
>That minmaxing amazon with no points in parry and maxed out adrenalin
I like to take my time and play for fun.
You should honestly try this, and hear me out on it. Deep into late game, you can get an item that allows your dodges (L button I believe) to cause an explosion where you were. Deal like 100 power damage. Not too weak but not too strong. If you have that item COUPLED with an item that has a stat that INCREASES YOUR INVINCIBILITY FRAMES WHEN DODGING plus you have skill points in BONUS DODGE COUNT, you can literally kill a boss by dodging all over the place.
It's rad as hell.
I hardly ever sprint or walk as dorf. only bonce around like a big muscular rubber ball. Sometimes I even just spam the downspin attack on landing too. makes me happy. I hope it's not obnoxious.
Oh and you will take absolutely no damage because the bonus dodge count makes your dodging have no cooldown (until you reach your max amount of successive dodges) and your invincibility frames don't have a gap. So you can kill a boss slowly with dodges while taking absolutely 0 damage
Just start up a dungeon on Normal difficulty and practice on some goblins until you figure it out. You'll be like level 35 and they will be like level 2, so you won't die any time soon.
>Rolling with a full HP bar amazon
It's like you enjoy doing half damage all the time
Berserk's last points are dumb though, you literally spend 3 or more points on 5% damage increases, after 30% increase points are better spent elsewhere, also last couple of levels on deadly revolution are also a waste
I think the smarter Zon build focuses on less damage taken, and no knockdown or knockback this way you can be on raping mode longer which is preferable to deal maybe 30-50% more damage but be killed or knockdown in a second
Also, is there a list on what attacks are able to be parried, fucking medusa on Ultimate wrecks my shit
Hold square right before you get hit, you get a few seconds of invincibility, more then enough to work up a frenzy of berserk charges
You can chain dodges with no gap even without the evasion skill
>tfw flipping through flame swathe attacks or burning floors
>points in adroit hands
>use all her buff skills at once
thats all you need, there is no science to it, they each stack perfectly with one another
No points in Magma Infusion? Nothing in Power Mastery?
Here's my build.
>why no use of bare handed combat
Because that does shit damage. Grand Smash does over 100k, my bombs do over 100k, and my magma infusion full frenzy combo does over 150k. I am only level 105 with mediocre gear, but I wreck shit
>No points in Magma Infusion? Nothing in Power Mastery?
God no. I hate running out of those limited skills and feeling like my bag is useless now. Not to mention sucking an unlucky death right after using a magma brace? Fuck that. Additonally and finally, I'd feel the need to invest to max level in BOTH of those skilks if I took either one. I'd rather have the points elsewhere. Like Trinket Maniac. So that my best bags last stupid long.
>Because that does shit damage.
It really doesn't and sometimes you've nothing better to do than punch something until your next grand slam.
Also here's my build in action ( >>258907452 ) with a 165-255 damage hammer
I know, it's just not as cool as the bomb effect. Dwarf already has a sub theme of explosives... he should have gear for explosion on roll or bodyslam. It's dumb that FIGHTER gets the exploding tackle
What do you think of an ice dwarf? Grand Smash modified.
Was it just me, or was the final boss
at least for the first arc I recently completed, dunno if there are any secret onesoutlandishly bad looking? I mean, the game looked gorgeous in every aspect, but that final dragon boss looked shite, was practically just a floating head with a dragon blob behind it. What a disappointment.
I can dig it because he's the most "viking" of the classes.
I'd take SNS in a burning room sure, but that's not very common. As for a horde? I'd have to counter with get gut or get out of the way. Dorf/Fighter/Amazon can cope. Everybody else should stand back.
Friendly dwarf reminder for those who don't know, if you use Bomb, or you pick up a bomb, press Triangle and Circle and a direction (preferably left or right) to throw it a good distance.
this is not viable, if you use incite rage + iron will you're guaranteed to die... since iron will will drain too much HP (if you used incite rage) too quickly it'll bring you to 1 HP in 6-10 seconds, hence while a high resistance to fame and natural (equipment provided) resistance to knockback/knockdown are a necessity
I think an amazon needs to use everything in her disposal to be most effective, no point in running around with 9 LP when you could trade some of those for 2X and upwards damage, if you're running low on LP THEN you should be careful and avoid damage...though some of the 0 LP bonuses on equipment sound very tempting to me
charge shots. lots of them. use dodges to hold yourself in the air while charging shots to snipe from the sky. don't other with her gimmick skills at first. just get better arrows related abilities.
Here is how you level as an elf
>max power shot for knockdown spam
>max elemental lore
>>pick up a torch and drop it to spam homing fireballs
>>spam tidal waves at the edge of water
>>spam default tornadoes on bosses for stupid damage
This will work until you beat Infernal
Ditto, but you also say that like parrying is so reliable, what are you doing till you can parry then? waiting for an enemie to attack? What do you parry on medusa? do you waste the initial 5 seconds where you can attack killer rabbit and warlock? also what can be parried against warlock?
I agree you do need points on parry, but I feel taking it to max lvl is wasting points that could be better spent
i chained like 20 floors of ToM with this balling ass dwarf with 2 ice hammers.
he probably wasn't the hot shit when it came to dps, but that nigga never even came close to death. his equipment also never came close to breaking.
was pretty jelly
>advocating using elemental lore
Oh god. Just fucking kill yourself. Or kill me. Just fucking end this horrible existence.
Elemental Lore exists so I can be a lazy fuck while you do the hard work
>playing a videogame
You're doing everything wrong. Just fucking die.
didnt know those are possible.....
Theres a lot of neat details about elemental lore but those are the best applications that turn an otherwise shit tier ability into a great ability. Don't get too lazy though and sit on your torch all the time and know when to break out the bow.
>Once you beat the intro story once with one character, any other characters you make on that save have the option of skipping right to the talisman hunt and level 15. Also Quests that you have beaten with one character can be skipped by the others, but they only get the skill points, no gold or EXP if they choose to skip them.
When I started the game I made one character of each class but only beat the game with one of them.
Then I played through it again with another character and had to do the intro shit all over again.
You mean I should have created the other characters after beating it once?
>Liking Kamitani's dorf design so much it has become imprinted into my brain
>Whenever I play dorf fortress all I see is a colony populated by that specific dorf design
Curse you kamitani for being such a great artist
>tfw I made a c++ program in console to keep track of my sets total bonuses
This is my mount build for my dwarf
The Dragon's Crown Dward is simply the best
>All dem wresting moves and body slams
>spinning like sonic or samus when he jumps and dodges
The only thing I don't like is that his english VA is probably the least boisterous and loud personality at the dinner table. His lines should loudest.
>max elemental lore
NOPE. One level just to have access to it, but any more isn't worth it. Backstab/Dagger/Maintenance is by far her best secondary.
One point for Infernal+ if you're min-maxing. Otherwise there is no harm in maxing it for Normal-Infernal since its a room clearer on the weaker difficulties. On Infernal+ its completely useless.
Not really though. Think about it. His fighting attacks don't change when he's barefisted. The hammers he's using are just like... enhanced punches. They add weight and hardness to the impacts. Have you noticed his forearms and fists get a "stoneskin" effect whenever he's attacking? That's because he's literally just smashing you to death with his fists of granite.
He's not swinging them, he's almost using them like a roll of quarters in his hand or a set of brass knuckles
>not putting points in rapid fire
You know when you aim rapid shots upwards they penetrate targets and come down for the shockwave on the ground right? I don't know how well it holds up above hard mode, but it's a fucking strong method for harming large targets.
It's really not. Air charge shots stacked with Impact is where all your real damage is. The only late game use for Rapid is one level to quickly kill mages, but that's still not necessary.
Is there anyway to transfer my PS3 save to the Vita without the PS3 game? I sold it to pay for some other things, but would like to play it again since it's free. Just curious as to if I can do this or if I'd have to start over.
If you have uploaded your current status, you don't need the PS3-version. Otherwise you're fucked.
Buy a used copy, upload the save, then return the game?
>max elemental lore
This is why everyone hates us anon, just max everything arrows, use only one point for elementals, and for secondary go for fucking backstab and daggers.
Elf is a ranged character, the more direct shit is for other classes
Who the fucks makes this comics? I love them
>TWO PATHS LEAVE THE FOREST, he shouts, THE PATH OF THE COWARD, AND THE PATH OF GLORY WHICH LEADS TO A VICIOUS MONSTER!
Are you the guy I was replying to because that comment seemed to me like you knew your shit...oh well...it was a nice tip since I mostly mash with amazon and parry the odd incredibly teleported attack out...
His deviantart is Matsu-Sensei I believe
it was free if you got the game day one..or idk maybe it still is check ps store
Also default is DEFINITELY best narrator...wish there was japanese narration for the classes, english voices suck ass except for Fighter and Dwarf which is kind of similar
Best Wizard build.
Does anyone have one for Amazon?
Sorceress would be the best if she didnt fuck up some of the lines
>The cavern seems large enough to hold; Another Ocean
>the followers ofmornionarecapturingasmanyspiritsandfairiesastheycantopowertheirrunemagic
however her Hermit voice makes up for it
My elf is wearing both affixes, my negro. Crossbows are fucking amazing coupled with maintenance.
>MFW an Arbalest drops
>in japanese it sounds like a playful 18-24
Don't you mean playful 17?
I love it when /v/ can come together and sing nothing but praise about a game.
SJWstried to bring it down but the sales don't lie, Dragons Crown was a great success, and was, or rather still is, tons of fucking fun
Why is playing this fucking game so relaxing holy shit.
I just lie down, pick my Amazon and go release the meatgrinder on some fools in the labyrinth.
>mfw the entire time
>implying 35-45 women cant be playful or sexy
best be joshing me kickelf! I will fight you in the street!
>YFW Ultimate Rabbit
>immune to Gravity/Slow
>Ice Prison makes him flip his shit
>constantly digging underground and dropping dead knights all over the fucking place
I think the soundtrack is really fucking good.
The Harpy and Gazer boss themes are the best.
And the Castle of the Dead theme feels like it draws heavily from La Danse Macabre, which I think is awesome.
>just beat Infernal and get on Ultimate
>clear first three stages with flying colors
>mfw fourth stage boss
>legs split into two pillows
Now I can sleep between her legs
>Oh boy we cant wait to eat a person
>find a human male to make babies with
>feeds human male to babies
No she sounds a bit mature for 17...
But yeah that's the issue I have with english voices on jap games, you see a cute girl that sounds like an adult woman trying to sound like a cute girl it's off putting to say the least. Japanese VA may be over 25 or whatever but damn do their voices sound fitting for the characters
at least she put out before disemboweling him
>Gazer floor boss
>Gazer again on the next floor
Fuck soloing Lab/Tower as a Sorc or Wiz.
>Fighting him for the first time
my wallet lost a few pounds that day
I hate Japanese Elf. The rest are fine but Jap elf is shit. English Dwarf is weaker, but I'd say English Fighter and Sorceress are the ones that are MOST superior to the japanese ones
how do you fight Medusa (ToM) with her though, fucker keeps moving from side to side and I can only damage her with air spin and when she comes down with power smash, she's such an annoyance.
Toughest boss fights on Ultimate??
For me Medusa
Golem with human players surprisingly since they wander off and leave Ally Golem to be destroyed early
Cyclops IF I don't manage to kill the first time the hand pops out of the gate (the rest is easy since I can power smash it away)
Arch demon alone holy shit those flying blue demons
I don't find it that hard with amazon, it eats up your equipment though since you have to keep hitting stuff..but you get help from knights
I don't know if should bother hitting the gate or just stick to the cannon, it's weird how sometimes there's only two cannonballs yet some other I can see three
depends on lvl
my suggestion would be:
S Weapons with Bonus dmg as, freeze or petrify, less dmg taken, crit +, power smash dmg, one for anti demon/dragon
Equipment with less dmg taken and less knockback/down focus
Max Stun wave, Brutal Drive, War Paint, Adrenaline, Androit Hands, Incite Rage, Punisher, Brandish, Deep pockets (for ToM to equip Seal of Conqueror or a defense potion if you don't have more than 2 SoC)
3 points in parry, 2 lvls on evasion, min max on Berserk Deadly Revolution Vitality and the rest
Don't worry. Everyone is tsun for Fighter
Probably not the issue you're right, her japanese voice seems more fitting for the design of the character, she seems out of it english, disengaged, the japanese one is playful/sexy less serious/boring
>get in online group for floor 10 demon king
>mfw the warrior died so many times his resurrect cost went up to 63k
>mfw he couldn't come back while everyone else went on to beat the fight
I recently just beat my first amazon run and unlocked hard mode.
I'm missing alot of art pieces for side quests, do they unlock with difficulty or different characters?
Whats the difference with hard mode, health sponges, enemy count, boss forms?
Would it be more fun to playthrough the other classes before jumping onto hard?
>peaceful end to harpy fight
>dorf is bad ass boob lover
>all these other little character moments
Im liking this manga more and more
I want Amazon to force herself onto me
Maybe next time
I don't know. Why is Elf almost the same height as Fighter?
I love this perverted Elf
You know, I really like how the community has created a some really good stuff about Dragon's Crown. Just like with EO, it akes my hearth warm
>Left dumbell weights lying around
>Bumped toe on one in the dark
Fuck bumping toes man
your about 40% done the normal difficulty then. It really opens up once you hit the 50% mark
>boss count doubles
>you can chain dungeons
>access to food minigame
>power leveling new characters becomes a breeze see >>258892361
>online becomes available
The game really picks up once you get to the talisman hunt. Everything before that is basically a tutorial designed to say "We want to make sure you know how to play the fuckin game before we turn you loose on the community".
>mfw trying to discuss with my cousin why being a kickelf is a bad idea
they are impossible to reason with
But deadly boots gives you a whopping 180 damage at level 10! It's so totally worth the stat investment.
Im going to enjoy seeing the red Dragon splat you across the wall
Nah. I just happened to get back into it and have been pushing threads a lot lately. I've started almost 80% of the ones I've seen in the past week. and I'm a NEET who lurks, so I think I know what's what.
He's plenty strong and fairly fun... Just make sure to get into using his shield abilities because otherwise your best and only move is to spam tempest blade and that's boring.
That the only gimmick he's got other than some strong support powers. Don't be afraid to mash tempest blade, but yoiun should try to work blocking in too, especially for the atk buff he gets for it.
So, to summarize: Be the pointman, do a whole lot of guarding and support actions, pay attention to who is getting beat up and pry the enemy off them. Also, mash tempest blade.
Fighter is great with weapons that have chance to freeze or petrify. He's pretty good at supporting a team by knocking shit around and inflicting status.
Be wary of the last big hit of tempest blade. It does a lot of damage, but leaves you incredibly vulnerable. Not a big deal early on, but it will be eventually.
Did they ever get around to patching Dorf's pump up glitch?
Hard to believe that this is the Warlock
it has NTR doujins you uneducated twonk. The actual manga is NTR free
Around elves watch yourselves
around Zon's, watch your dongs
Fuck the rune cursor on PS3. It's either going too fast or slowly fucking crawling, but never moving at the speed you need it.
>Drop into full party
>They're all Elves
Fuck that shit, makes me want to ditch after the first dungeon
>Drop into full party
>They're all Dwarfs
>Castle of the Dead B route
>in LoC just now
>get to camp screen
>retard player 1 is just serving hbimself whatever the fuck he wants that people are cooking.
Call me a petty cunt but I wiggled by cursor on his name for the whole 60 seconds bag selection screen and then disconnected. What a fucking faggot
I would be mad too, holy shit. On the other hand
>that one guy who spends the whole time putting spices in other peoples dishes
>that one guy who gives you his food
>couch-oping with 2 people and rocking the cooking game
>asshole fighter trying to keep pulling the screen backwards just for TTF runes
>will not fucking move while the rest of the party is trying to advance
Oh it's one of the best parts of the game, but it's amazing how RUDE people can be online! You'd think people would some level of manner to a minigame about sharing a dinner and kitchen with your comrades. I toss spices and even stir for people sometimes. IF there's two of us only my cooking powerlevel is such that I can still get a SERIOUS bonus and share some shit with my bro at the time same
God. that's awful, but I have something to ask of you.
Don't be a dick about TTF runes if it's a Dorf okay? With lethal fists 10 and good gaunlets with a barefisted boost, we fucking OBLITERATE with ttf
you deserve everything you get
different cooking toosl give different bonuses. If I want a barracuda steak for the atk bonus then that's what I'm fucking cooking. Learn to roll with the punches or fuck off
I was the Dorf, anon. TTF isn't helpful, really, especially when you should be carrying two hammers for slamming. I only ever end up using my lethal fists between slam cycles against bosses since I always have at least one hammer otherwise. Not counting when I just throw fucking everything at black pirates, of course.
>That one guy who gives you his food
>So you give him your food
>Spend the entire time cooking food for each other
>Feel funny afterwards
I'm bouncing around throwing and using frenzy more often than slamming. I just don't end up barefisted unless I am slamming. I do have fists maxed out though, mainly since I can't stand Eagle Dive, and bombs/barrels are lame.
So Elf players are still mostly shitters huh? It was like that back when the game came out too. I liked playing Elf but a lot of the people who used her were just annoying.
Been meaning to go back to Dragon's Crown actually, but I need a new controller. That fucking cursor is oversensitive as shit and my controller's right stick is worn out so the cursor jumps all over the place and is irritating as fuck.
Nah, still pretty uncool
Well I'm glad you're not boring. As long as you aren't a dick and rush around.
>mfw level 10 trinket maniac and +40% score bonus and somebody leaves the room before I scan gather all the treasure
I don't even know. She seems to have some very particular sweet spot, and it's a pain in the ass to hit her because she's constantly moving and just nuking the fucking screen with lasers and those homing orbs.
I don't think they've sucked Muramasa's dick enough
>Labyrinth of Chaos
>not once have I ever seen a dwarf used
>knight used like once, the rest are elf, mage, and amazon
>mage fucking one shots everything with fucking blizzard
>another mage comes in and does it to
>they end up doing this for 5 rounds
I feel like I'm the only sane Sorc player in a sea of retards when I play online. None of them carry fucking Gravity or Rock Crusher for AoE, none of them pop Protect when the party actually needs it, none of them use Levitate, none of them will use Create Food to keep their party members alive during boss fights, etc. It's fucking infuriating. This is all on Ultimate, mind you, where I expect people to know the basics of their class at the very least.
Getting back into the game need a refresher on some things. Do equipment traits stack additively or multiplicatively? Am I better off having each bag focus on a few traits or just going all around? What the hell is gravity?
Probably going to have to play on Hard/Infernal to get back into the swing of things
