Maybe there's nothing to 'Get', but it's like she wanted to make a big parody comic, but lacked the basis of anything to actually parody.
So now the humor has died the same way it did in RPG Quest (Remember that shit? That was a long time ago) in that it just drags on and on and the parody elements get boiled out eventually. So the author tries to drag in a bunch of shit that doesn't belong in the comic just to give it substance and ruins it.

Which is a sad way for it to stagnate, I like the artstyle, I like what she's trying to do with the elements surround it. It's just not fucking interesting.
