for stabilizer hit that arrow and bring it up to ~60 when doing finishing line art, leave it at 0-10 when doing anything else
for aftercorrect you will have to turn it on, then it's setting depends on how big the thing you are drawing is, turn it up to 10 and try and write your name, then turn it down to 3 and give it another go to get a feel of how it works.

Someone who learned to fire an auto-aiming pistol never really learned how to fire a pistol. You're using a crutch when you should be learning how to walk instead. You're not using a new artistic tool, you're compensating for a missing skill with something external and unnatural.
