Metal Gear's story has always been a slightly different tone than the gameplay itself, which acts as a form of levity that kind of cleanses the pallette. Peace Walker had some pretty cool places. The underground factory, misty forests and temples, and the US base were nice to explore, and the battle with the gunship while Heaven's divide plays and the fight with ZEKE were really awesome, especially with friends.
