>My mom always told me humans are liars
>Respond: I hate lies.
>But you're an adult! You can do awful things without feeling bad for them!
>Conversation turned awkward but she's willing to continue
>Demons must be strange to you, they must seem like aliens to the humans.
>Respond: We view you as visitors.
>Basically she says "What the fuck? Are you stupid? Lets fight!"
FUCK HUA PO WITH A SPIKED DILDO.
I've had two conversations like that
>Dress me up, human! What color dress do you like~
>EEEW You have awful fashion sense! Gert away from me!
>Oh! Why do you wannna talk to me onichan?
>Because I want you to be my demon.
>Ick, you're so possessive preying on a girl like that. I'm leaving!!
Demons aren't human, thus don't think of them as thinking with a humanized mindset, they are completely alien.
No, They think like humans. Every single one I've met followed a very unique mindset.
Knockers are self inflating, Pixies are obsessed with humans, Koppa Tengu are laid back but also elitist, and Malchom are old fashioned, don't trust technology, and value knowledge.
Hua Po is a fucking bitch, literally thinks like the worst woman stereotypes.
>Hey give me that really rare item
>Now give me all your money
>Now give me that other rare item
>Hey think im leaving now :^)
>My friend is dying please give me that Bead
>Let me drain some energy
>Hmmm okay how about Macca?
>You're being mean
>Dianisus gets Demon Drunk off his ass
>Hey let me ask you something. If it was tomorrow yesterday would you want to have an apple with breakfast?
>That Settles it
>Demon has joined you.
>What do you think of old prople?
>"I don't like them"
>Heh, me neither. Let's team up and kill em together!
>Dwarf has joined you!
I love demon negotiations.
>What wine hsall we drink on this full moon?
>Disgusting, I will kill you.
>Next time he asks
>Disgusting, I will kill you.
I wish they were consistent and had to be learned, but that would be too easy to abuse.
>I wish they were consistent
Not every human thinks the exact same, they're not clones.
fuck those demons. even if i tell them to fuck off, they want something. and if i dont give any, they damage me and my demons.
When I was playing SMT4, I started out trying to give the responses I thought the demons would like. I only got good results about 30-40% of the time. Then I said fuck it and started being an asshole to all the demons. My success rate shot up to about 70%.
Why are those demons so mean, guys?
I can't take their banter anymore.
>"Hey, I heard samurai perform seppuku for honor, can you do a demonstration?"
I love this game.
>"Hey! What are you looking at, we're talking. Look at me!"
>"Wow! That jawline! Your hair! You're so handsome!"
>The demon is very satisfied
>Go up to a girl
>Bring up the topic of movies
>She hates movies
>Go up to another girl
>She asks if I like movies
>The last one hated them so say I hate them
>She gets mad and walks away
Fucking RNG bullshit real life is artificial difficulty.
Well, you know how there are 4 types of demons in that game, Law, Neutral, Chaos and the last one is Dark(?). Dark demons under normal circumstances are unnegotiable an can only be fought, but when it's a full moon you can negotiate with them with completely random results. That was the only way to recruit them.
There's no RNG.
During full moon you can't negotiate at all, they'll just end up attacking you anyway.
Otherwise, you have to decline a number of time, accept the right question, be at the right level for the demon and sometimes bribe them with mqcca, magnetite or some misc item.
Oh yeah I remember them. I usually didn't give a shit about them because I had that rare chance to be full moon and get a dark demon in a battle I already had better guys by fusion and shit
There's RNG the moment there's not consistency during negotiations. Selecting "the right options" just depend of whatever RNG % you get by chance during that moment. Sometimes, during not full moon days, you would find there's not correct options and demons would attack you anyways just because you are unlucky.
I know because I played with emulator and I could prove that with quicksaves.
>Decline every request
>"I like your resolve! I'm joining you!"
>I know because I played with emulator and I could prove that with quicksaves.
If your level is higher, the success rate is always higher.
If you answer yes and no to the right questions, after a few questions the demon will give some comment implying it wants to join your party.
>OOGAA BOGGA AOGGAAAA GIVE ME 300 MACCA
>NOT ENOUGH MORTAL
>OGGAAA BOYA AOYAA GIVE ME 1000 MACCA
>OGGAAA STILL NEED MORE
>BOGGAAA OGAA AYAA GIVE ME 1 BEAD
>OGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA BOGGGAAA
>The Demon ran away
That doesn't change there's a success rate involved. You could actually improve that sucess rate with skills if I'm not mistaken too.
And sometimes there was not correct answers, or all of them would be correct answers. The game just generate some random % of sucess to answers before the battle and you need to gamble your way until you get the "the demon looks to you with interestest" or whatever would the game say.
Why aren't there more games out there that involve demon/monster negotation/capturing AND fusing?
SMT/Persona series, DQM Joker games, and the two Jade Cocoon games are all I can think of that do this.
Completly different games. I hate items off in smash because is a party fun game. This is a RPG with a negotiation system that is based purely in luck. Completly different things.
Party based game is a good thing because who cares. Negotiation system that is completly random doesn't even make sense. Don't call it negotiation in the first place then.
The answers are random dude (at least Strange Journey is the one I'm talking about).
I mean, yes, the text is the same, but the chances to get it right or wrong are random every battle. The same kind of monster would response completly different to the same kind of answers. I know that's somehow "realistic" but at the same time makes the game a gamble so every negotiation.
Strange Journey because I played with emulator so I could prove this. Don't know about SMT4 because Europeanfag.
Why is the gameplay for P2 so shit?
The characters are all top tier and the story is great, but the fucking battle system puts me to sleep
>mfw negotiating with demons in a SMT game is basically a GF simulator
This just proves my point
I think being nice only ever consistently worked with 'child' demons like kodama, and even then they could still get pissed or leave.
I was never really able to figure out the logic for most of the others so I just winged it half the time.
Nocturne and SJ's negotiation system is garbage/boring.
Play any of the others if you want more interesting conversations that are less RNG bullshit.
>not taking the old man in wheelchair's demon PUA course.
You could be holding her by the wings as you pound that ass right now.
>Endgame of Weird Travels
>Go back to Sector Antlia to do some shit
>Auto battling my way through things
>Suddenly a Knocker does the "oh god please let me go" routine
>[x] Yeah sure whatever.
>"Haha, i tricked you! I'm gonna kill you now!"
>Plinks like one hit point of me
>Have my party Jihad his ass into oblivion
Demons are retarded.
>accidently choose talk instead of something else
>fuck I don't need this demon all I do is fuse demons I already have and re-buy the components out of the compendium
>No, no, no, no fuck fail the conversation already
>OH! I've never been denied so many times by a man before! Tell me no again!
>Valkyrie has joined you!
>"Gimme a Ruby."
>[x] I don't have one.
>"YOU SELFISH BASTARD!"
>You will never know the joy of being Alice's first
>You will never feel Pixie tearing as you stretch her
>You will never get to taste Moh Shuvuu's asshole
>Not knowing you can heal her by force feeding her lifestones and inserting a bead while you brutally use her
Do you even demon summon?
Nope. I just enjoy making people feel comfortable.
>Don't remember what the question was, but imply someone is behind her
>"Eeek, help me!"
>Forces her way into my party
>On 3 straight playthoughs Bai Zunzhen asks herself to join my party
>Every conversation with Vouivre goes well
The whole point is that every demon is 'different'. If you run into a pixie and piss her off because the answer you gave her didn't suit her, the next time you run into a pixie, the same answer isn't going to necessarily piss her off either.
it's like asking your mom what her favorite color is and then asking your dad and getting pissed off if they aren't the same.
>Download Nocturne on PSN
My god this camera is godawful. It makes me want to puke. Also, are people really that worked up about 2D sprites in the recent games? those 3D Models weren't very special either
RNG was probably introduced because demon negotiations were overpowered in earlier games. I remember going through entire dungeons in SMT1 without having to fight any demons because I had the correct responses to every demon memorized.
I love those monster-y demons that always shout and talk in broken english
They should just make negotiations longer and give each demon multiple personality types, so you can chat and get to know them basically. And if they make you dig for the right answers, then you could still 100% it if you take the time, or just roll the dice by rushing and picking blindly.
But that'd be mad effort.
It's a common problem in gen 6 games
>Sticky camera that self adjust
>Inverted Y Axis by default with no choice to change it
It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't always getting into extra encounters because I walk the wrong way after exiting a room thanks to camera shenanigans
>2D sprites in the recent games?
Moreso the redesigns are either shit or we're tired of the same sprites from Nocturne.
Its contradictory yes, but people just want new good sprite, as most redesigns were weaker
The cel shading holds up pretty well, however if you played the later the SMT games before Nocturne, then you've seen these designs before.
It's not Nocturne's fault but rather of Atlus' laziness at times
>Demon gets in a huff
>Start dancing FURIOUSLY
>Demon joins you
>Alternatively, make Hiroko or Beth dance for you and make them embarassed.
Best negotation mechanic ever. Why did they have to remove it?
I disagree, but also those animations exist for a reason. Not just for battle but to show characteristics to help the player when they try to talk to the demon
Why is Soul Man so much better than Doom Guy?
>runs fast enough to catch up to demons that only show up when cars are speeding
>can carry 10 of each weapon and item in the game while doing so
>only runs faster than some nigger nobody bothers to remember the name of
>can only carry one of each weapon
Suck it, lawfags.
>how we've had the same designs since Soul Hackers
This is really annoying to me, because one of the things that was supposed to set Devil Summoner apart from mainline was that it got so many completely new demon designs that were meant to be Devil Summoner-exclusive.
Now mainline has both its demon designs and apps, and hardly anything makes the Devil Summoner series stand out anymore.
I'll take Kaneko artwork any day
I'll admit that I'd like him to redesign the archangeles though.
Kaneko's style is perfect for godly beings, as they always give of that statuesque look.
Orden is a g-girl?
It's supposed to say "Do you want something with me, son of man?" but AGTP translated it as "What do manchildren like you want with me?".
A lot of negotiation options show up as soon as the text finishes printing, so they block the demon's dialogue instead of prompting the player to press a button.
I never understood persephone's design and why she was split in half
is the ds game with astronauts in antartica a good entry point to the smt games?
i tried playing raidou on an emulator but lost interest because the combat was shit and i honestly would have prefered standard turn based
Not to mention that his response to having to kill his friends is to rip the lords of hell to shreds, steal their seals, and leap back in time to change the future.
Try SMT4 instead. It's more tailored for beginners.
Strange Journey is great, though. Get it if you don't have a 3ds.
Strange Journey is a pretty good entry point yeah. It's different from most SMT titles in that it doesn't take place in Japan, which I guess is why it isn't SMT IV even though it was spiritually labeled as IV.
Just remember that Neutral Route is hard as fuck
it will also make you hard as fuck
ITT: You may choose one demon, or Persona that has been converted to a demon.
Make your choice.
>want a demon
>talk to said demon
>give him everything I can, even stuff I need
>try to convince it to join me
>"See ya, sucker!"
I dont remember the last time I got so mad over a game. And it happened all the fucking time too
Hua Po is the only demon in Strange Journey that refuses to be recruited.
Like, every time I tried to recruit a demon I would fail a few times but eventually find an amicable one.
Not a single Hua Po has ever joined my party and I've tried 50+ times.
>tfw getting lost in that Beelzebub tower with 2 other newbies when only brought a half from my usual bullets
>tfw somehow managed to get to the top
It was pretty tense to be honest.
>You will never train to be the next Raidou Kuzunoha
>You will never work at a detective agency ;_;
Some demons actually respect you saying no to them, but usually not right away. The logic is if you just give them everything they ask for, they think you're a pushover and don't want to ally with you.
I can imagine it being some kind of mobster game, jack frost and bros going around the demon world pimping out huan pos, demanding protection money and killing anyone trying to fuck with them
>wanting to be a Kuzunoha
Enjoy being shat on by your ancestors and by other demons for being a dog of the Yatagarasu.
Enjoy having your soul sent to Avici if you dare to screw up even once, too.
>cheap ass bastard
>"give me stuff!"
>"Do ya think you better than me!?"
>"You have guts. I like that in a man."
>get the black DEMONICA
>never ever take it off ever
>at least until you get the classic DEMONICA
shit's so cash
The only demon negotiations I enjoy are of the Jack Frost type. Those hee-hos are funny as heck.
I love how they always have unique dialogue.
Any of the 3 in pic related.
This nigga gets it.
>they always fuse to make Norn even though it's a completely different mythology
Atropos is the best out of the 3 though
Well yeah. The stats are useless, especially when there's no actual defense stat in the game.
Black Demonica is only weak to wind.
Classic Demonica is the best though since it has no weaknesses
>Mothman starts hee-ing and ho-ing
Fucking hell, it makes him cute as fuck.
lore on Moirae sisters is weird. They're sometimes considered lesser gods, while other times they hold absolute dominion over life itself, including lives of the gods.
>negotiation with demons you already pimp out
>I-I didnt get enough money jack-sama
>1) fuck you bitch, ill feed you to my other demons
>2) well ill bang you till we are even
>3) its okay huan po-chan
>getting new girls
>well, we just froze over this city, either die with your husbands and sons or come with us
>im sorry for your loss, want to come with us
>hey, ill pimp you out, you get good money and lots of love, I will provide you with shelter and take my share
>shut up satan, either pay up or I will hee-ho you up
>this is my buddy king frost, you either pay up or become another ice sculpture, king frost loves ice sculptures
In-game they wreck shit together, too.
When I fought pic related with them he just fell like a sack of potatoes. I even survived 2 of its bombings.
Fuck, when fighting Baal Avatar my Clotho got turned into a fly and it still wrecked.
I never had the chance to get a Daisoujou ;_;
>lay in bed
>hear a mosquito
>listen more closely
>wait this isnt a mosquito
>notice the door of my wardrobe constantly opening and closing
>try to get out of there
>cant move because I dont have any turns
>you will never have an Incubus that's always in lewd poses
Alice, of course.
>Pyro Jack wants to join
>''i don't work with mascots''
>''you're thinking about other Jack ho''
i also like Jack Frosts mood swings and how he goes from cute and cuddly to psychotic in a heartbeat.
>paint old fridge yellow
>have some people drag it around a convention center while you randomly open the door and stick your hand out
I'd die if I wouldn't.
>Unlock Ginza's shop district
>Finally have a chance of living out my autistic fantasy of being a space marine
>20k short of affording just ONE piece of the set
How the hell do you grind for this shit?
>drag girl in the fridge
>im sorry baby I have the turns now
>first ill lower your agility
>pin down her arms
>now ill lower your defence
>tear off clothes
>now ill, ow wait, my attack is already up
>Demon is drunk
>Demon says he isn't good at conversation
>Tell him a Witty Joke
>Prepare or anal raping of HP, MP, Items, and macca
>I like You, I'm coming with you!
>Demon forces it's way into your party.
Atlus wants you to buy their money DLC.
>how the hell do you grind for this shit?
by buying the DLC area that lets you grind for those items that you sell for buku bucks.
Like really that's the only reasonable answer.
This is absolutely true in SMT4, and a big aspect of the learning curve there is knowing when to end the negotiations and demand an answer, but in the other games it's entirely random.
I love how choosing that makes them trip over themselves to join you.
Hacker's living the dream.
>Deny the demon everything
>FUCKING DOPE MAN I'M YOUR NIGGA FROM NOW ON
>All the translated SMT/Persona doujins are about the human girls
>No demon girls
>There's a SMT Doujin/CGset by Mayoineko that came out years ago that still hasn't been translated
Why can't we have nice things.
>certain beast-like demons don't understand you
>they do after you learn Jive Talk
>being sent to suffer eternally in the lowest level of Hell, with the knowledge that nothing you do will change anything and no respite
>better than anything
Aleph at least gets small breaks in between having to witness the end of the world. He lived a pretty okay life as Hijiri before things went to shit.
Avici is just constant, non-stop suffering.
I think scale-wise Buddhism and Hunduism are pretty much top tier in terms of raw power, what with Buddha holding the entire universe in the palm of his hand and Krishna getting it stuck in his mouth.
Raidou's fate can be changed by the actions of others, in theory. If the worlds are recreated, all things can and will change.
Aleph's suffering is truly eternal across all the worlds beyond the beginning and ending of all time. And you know that what little good he had in his life as Hijiri and other incarnations is only there to make it all the more brutal when it comes crashing down again. And it will never end, because YHVH is a vindictive asshole.
That shit is rough.
From the first SMT game she gives you three tasks. After doing the first two she gives you here third request where she asks you to die for her, although there its a question. And in Japan the attack name is also a question. They changed it to an exclamation for international release because SMT1 wasn't localized until a few months ago.
I don't actually care about Raidou since, similar to Yu, his games treat him as if he shits rainbows and he'd probably be able to escape anything, but the standard punishment for failure is Avici, going off of the non-Raidou Devil Summoner game.
And there really is no escape from Avici. It's as eternal as Aleph's punishment, if not more.
>The hell that has the most suffering is the Avici Hell. The first suffering is uninterrupted time, meaning there is no rest. The suffering is continuous, there is no respite for even one minute or one second. The second suffering is uninterrupted space. In Avici Hell, space is filled with one or many persons. If there is a lot of space, a person will multiply himself until he occupies all the space. So this hell can be full with only one person. The third is uninterrupted suffering. One has to suffer all the kinds of suffering in the world. There is no hell which has more suffering than this Avici Hell. Such suffering is called unlimited suffering. The fourth suffering is uninterrupted grade, meaning this hell does not differentiate, whether one is a god in heaven, a human in the human realm, a hungry ghost within the ghost realm or an animal within the animal realm. If one "qualified", anyone can enter Avici Hell and receive the same treatment. The fifth suffering is uninterrupted life. There are numerous lives and deaths within a day and a night, and, between one life and one death, one suffers.
>playing SMTIV for the first time
>game appears to open up a bit
>still kinda boring
>have Soul Hackers and Devil Survivor untouched
>hear nothing but good things about Strange Journey and have a chance to nab a cheap copy
Does SMTIV pick up any time soon? Should I stick with it or hop to one of the other games I've not yet touched?
>There is no hell which has more suffering than this Avici Hell. Such suffering is called unlimited suffering.
So it's the Mary Sue of hells? But in all seriousness, there is no world or sub-world/dimension that can't be reset by a suitably high enough power. Aleph's fate could be changed, but that would require the Great Will to be destroyed or fundamentally altered to the point that it's no longer a tyrannical asshole, which probably isn't going to happen or the entire SMT series would just end.
And yeah, the fact that Raidou can just avoid that fate by winning rules him out of the runnings, considering that Aleph gets the shit tier fate for winning.
I also dropped SMT IV at that point due to other games, so I can't comment there. I can say that Devil Survivor is a solid 9/10 SRPG game. Each one has a few small flaws, but they're overall solid games.
Atsuro is your bro and has the best route.
DDS is fucking great, I haven't played the sequel, so I can't say anything there, but the first one's definitely worth playing
And it has the best opening theme:
My point wasn't that Raidou had the shit tier fate. My point was that Raidou is the exception to the rule, not the standard, so being a Kuzunoha isn't exactly something anyone should want. I don't know why the Raidou games treat it as some sort of honor, but it's made explicitly clear that it's a punishment in the first Devil Summoner game.
>there is no world or sub-world/dimension that can't be reset by a suitably high enough power
The problem with that is that Avici exists outside of normal time. An eternity can exist within an instant, so even if someone strong enough eventually came along, it wouldn't matter. To the person suffering within Avici, they will never be able to wait for that day to come.
>And yeah, the fact that Raidou can just avoid that fate by winning rules him out of the runnings, considering that Aleph gets the shit tier fate for winning.
Basically I'm arguing that the new Kyouji has the shittiest fate, though. I agree that Raidou probably has it the easiest of any protagonist who isn't Yu.
I've only played Persona 2/3/4.
I'm sure this gets asked a lot, sorry.
What SMT games should I play and where should I start? I'm a big fan of the demon negotiation in P2 and would love to play more games featuring it.
Perhaps. For me it was just that I was deeply involved in this linear slog and suddenly had what felt like the weight of an entire game dropped on me at once. I'll definitely go back after a little break, but the big reveal wasn't the breath of fresh air I was hoping for and instead just felt like a daunting load of work ahead.
I really hope Persona 5 will allow me to have relationship/conversations with personas.
or the next SMT
>The problem with that is that Avici exists outside of normal time. An eternity can exist within an instant, so even if someone strong enough eventually came along, it wouldn't matter. To the person suffering within Avici, they will never be able to wait for that day to come.
Well that's more of a technicality. Considering that people are continually reborn, die and get reborn again, individual perspective is a little small-scale. If the world is reset, whatever state the person who was Raidou ends up as will be free of the suffering, or at least should be free from Avici. Whereas Aleph, no matter how many times he is reborn, will always get shat on because the Great Will ordains it to be so.
So on an individual scale, it would suck to be Raidou, but in the grand scheme of things, Aleph has it worse.
I always wanted to
I don't understand why you keep bringing up Raidou when I said that this isn't about him, it's about the DS1 protagonist. The whole point of Avici is that it interrupts the normal birth and rebirth cycle, anyway.
"The Great Will" isn't infallible, either. SMTII, Nocturne, and SJ all show that it can be severely weakened to the point where it no longer functions properly. Demifiend even effectively stops the world from going through Conception forever in TDE, which eases Aleph's burden a great deal since his punishment is to be reborn and have to live through every Conception without being able to do a thing to stop it.
Man, you guys hyped Nocturne so bad that I had no choice but to give it a chance, just to be disappointed by it.
The game feels dull and lifeless most of the time, only picking up at some bosses (mostly the candelabrum ones). I ultimately dropped it due boredom. Still have to give DDS a change, though, is it any better?
It really doesn't matter if it's Raidou or not.
>The whole point of Avici is that it interrupts the normal birth and rebirth cycle, anyway.
It may interrupt the normal cycle, but a grand reset would influence everything.
>"The Great Will" isn't infallible, either. SMTII, Nocturne, and SJ all show that it can be severely weakened to the point where it no longer functions properly.
You're confusing the Great Will with YHVH and its other manifestations. The closest the Great Will has ever been to being stopped is TDE, and even that was ambiguous and probably didn't happen.
And while TDE may have interrupted the Conception for all worlds (in theory, at least), it doesn't actually end anything, as the Great Will is still around and has to be fought, with Lucifer, Demi-Fiend and all the Chaosfags on hand to take him down. Which clearly didn't work, because SJ and IV still happened and the cycle commenced again unabated.
>good, that be your grave.
>It may interrupt the normal cycle, but a grand reset would influence everything.
Nope, because Avici's whole point is that it exists outside of time and excludes the people within from being influenced by the cycle of birth and rebirth.
tfw no porn of napaea
is it bad that i don't evolve my girl demons because i find them hot?
I actually really liked that part of the game.
Also, the best part of SMTIV for me was how easy it was to create whatever broken shit you wanted
As long as you had money for the compendium.
Sorry anon, just being truthful, animals enjoy dominance, and violent struggles, if we didn't we wouldn't have lived this long. If you can't appreciate that I just feel sad for you.
I really don't see why you think a single buddhist hell is beyond the scope of the top cosmic powers of SMT just because it's beyond space and time. I mean, Lucifer's entire hoard and the Demi-Fiend were unfased by the ending of space and time, so why would it make any difference?
Try being a EMT for five years and then see if you still appreciate sadism then. I know I don't anymore.
it would help you reevaluate the reason why you get satisfaction from it and you'd begin to see it as just people being pricks. not an enjoyable festival where you absolutely destroy someone, but just someone being an edgy prick taking something out on someone like a leech.
I find saving peoples lives to feel more powerful. Sometimes it feels almost as if your bringing them back to life. There have been multiple moments where I have brought people back from the brink of death and feeling is almost surreal.
violence isn't really power, you still die. it empowers you and you mistake that for it being power. I don't give a damn if you don't give a damn it's just fact. knowledge empowers people and lets them live lives where they manipulate and control people till they get to the top while you play with blood like a kid. take note this is all coming from an extemremely violent person who enjoys it and would live to have an excuse to rip someone's throat out, nigga.
>discussion about the benefits of violence and whether eternal suffering is REALLY eternal
Never change, /v/.
Nice meme friend, you really showed me.
I don't know why you wouldn't say it's power, I never said it was the ultimate power or the only one, just a form of it. It is however a very deeply rooted primal form of power.
Thanks GI Joe, now I know that knowledge is half the battle.
Anyways, I don't know why you make these assumptions that I am some sort of drug lord or enforcer who thinks his only means of interacting with other people is breaking their knee caps, I just said that I enjoyed sadism, and that acts of violence have an intoxicating power, nothing more nothing less.
Your a lot more reasonable about this for sure so its nice to discuss this shit with you.
My opinion may change when I join the Military as a full on Corpsman pretty quick here. Take my skill of life saving to the next level you know what I'm saying? And perhaps being around soldiers will change my view.
my post didn't imply you're a drug lord, just cause I mentioned blood doesn't mean anything. you don't even have the power to keep your feelings from making you assume something about my post. hrhe violence makes you feel powerfully, that's it. you can call a satisfying shit and if you like it enough it'll be about the same as violence.
No, you mentioned how "people were manipulating everything with knowledge" while I was "splashing around in blood" either making some assumption about how I live my life, or you were trying to make a point in a rather poor roundabout way. Your posts are all worded rather poorly and just as poorly reasoned, are you by chance drunk or something?
In the first game, threatening them was the only answer I gave all the time, and it seemed to work with everything. I just loved the fact that my guy was so fucking intimidating that nigh to everything would join him the second he started to get a little bit pissy.
Then they changed that in the second game I couldn't just intimidate my way through everything anymore.
more like I have ptsd and am watching stupid shit while eating chicken, I have bad focus because of these factors and I'm getting a weird high from thinking about violence. I was more or less saying the blood part to talk about a regular expression of a sadist, It was a poor example.
in my first playthough I went magic and had a really good time, still I didn't went TDE either.
You can always buy the Girimehkala with Pierce and pass it on to other demons through mitamas. It's not impossible
DE MONS A SHIT
LOC UST SARE BETTER
NEV ERTALK BACK, ALWAYSDO ING THE JOBR IGHT
YOU DEM MONFAG GOTS RE LYTOO MUCH ON Y OURDE MONS
I prefer this kind of discussion over pointless waifu circlejerking.
This motherfucker, right here.
Fixed that for you.
Need to learn you some stuff about power levels, man.
Also, Doomguy is great but he's just a normalfag with tech, like many SMT heroes
Because you fight Lucifer and he's got damage resistances out the ass. Everything hits for 20% or something. You need Pierce to bypass it and I'm pretty sure that pierce only works with physical attacks.
>Engage in conversation

The only SMT games I've played are a little of SMT1, Strange Journey, and PE3. Which iteration would be best for Demon interaction such as this? I really loved it in Strange Journey.
I really want to play an SMT now. I could replay SJ but considering how many I've gone through would be best to do a different one.
Only got a PC though. /v/ pls which smt should i emulate
I know how you fell, anon.
The lore and chronology is insane.
Your Mastema pic makes me think you're a raging faggot
Yet your post makes me think you're an alright guy.
Well played, anon.
And I agree
This nigga right here. Prolly my favorite angelic demon in the series.
i like how megaten, castlevania and the souls series handle using lore from the real world, the way they integrate it is well done and makes for great world immersion, because you already recognize some components despite the game taking place in a completely different world, among other things
Light hair pulling and light spanking are godlike. Holding a girl by the back of her head and holding her hair firmly as you kiss her, or when you fuck her, and that sensation as they melt under your touch... it's like viagra.
Is Nocturne one of those games where one could feel 'lonely'? I get that impression from what I see around here, I'm not a fan of main character solitary gameplay, especially after playing Persona games.
